Thank you for selling our new house to us! All the staff at Strakers were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the experience from when we first registered with them, arranging a couple of house viewings (not pushy at all) , the actual process of buying (calm and organised) and the final hand over of keys.

Strakers estate agents were responsible for the selling of the house we were buying. The service they provided was excellent, despite them not being the estate agents we had instructed to sell our house. Helen's communication kept us informed and really helped at times when the process was becoming very stressful. We are very grateful for the time, effort and caring attitude.

Dealing with the Devizes office we have found them to be very efficient. As we are currently renting a property, any issues are dealt with swiftly, just a quick call to Bridget and it's all sorted.We are also starting to look for a property to buy, and we are receiving details of suitable properties by email, which is more than can be said for the other agent we are registered with too.

Although my house was sold extremely quickly at a very good price, there were a lot of hold ups which were out of my control. I have used Strakers to let my property for a number of years now. I also bought the property from them and decided to let through them for ease. I always have good communications with my contact in the Strakers letting office, which is local to Swindon where the property is. They act promptly and keep me informed with any issues with the property or tenancy and address accordingly.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
