It may not sound that impressive, but it's incredibly satisfying when a company "just gets the basics right". Luckily the same property was on the market with a different agency. Be careful what agency you choose to sale your house, people my not even get to see it. GoogleWaited for our viewing for almost 2 hours with no contact or answer from office despite repeated phone calls. Once we got our viewing booked for the next day they didn't give a reason as to why we were forgotten (even forgetting to tell the current tenants we were coming!) and we were completely ignored afterwards. Only seem interested in whoever gets there first and makes their lives easiest.
