Sara has been absolutely amazing! Such a down to earth lovely agent. She really has been great to me and I am so so grateful. In such a tough rental market I was struggling to even get to view properties, Sara took the time to get to know me and my current situation and found me and my two little girls our new home. Probably one of the worst agencies I have dealt with. With all efforts to make it work and avoid posting negative reviews, they have not left me with any other option. 1) Cleanliness of the property upon check-in and incorrect inventory: Property was in a horrendous state - windows were black, ketchup marks in the fridge, sticky parts in the kitchen, dirty dishwasher, stains everywhere to name the few (see pictures attached). Upon complaining, we have waited for 2 weeks to get a reply. And apparently, complaints and pictures were added to our inventory. I say apparently, since their system has 'lost' all of that correspondence and upon move out, they did not have any of it. We have also agreed that additional/professional cleaning will NOT be required upon check-out. 2) Agreements prior to move in were not fulfilled: I have been promised that one of the bathrooms will have proper shower installed, which was a condition for us to take on this property. No work was done on the move in date. What's more, it's been done 4 weeks later. In the meantime, I had additional expense in order to make my bathroom functional which I clearly wanted Atwell Martin to reimburse me, but they refused. Only until the day I came into an office and refused to leave until they pay me. Dealing with Sara on this occasion was extremely difficult, despite the fact that she was the one who promised for shower work to be completed. 3) Upon check out, they had zero tolerance due to Covid-19, they didnt believe the date when we have moved out (because it was done without meeting them), they charged us for additional cleaning despite the fact they added it to the inventory and we have agreed that cleaning will not be required given the state of the property upon move-in etc. All in all, I would try to avoid. Or alternatively, if you have to go with them, make sure you document every single thing they say, ask it to be in the e-mails and never rely on their promises. P.S. - We are going through deposit dispute scheme as we speak now.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Just went through these people with a rental property which we were initially offered then after two weeks of messing about and not hearing back from them which was beyond frustrating as I had to chase them everytime I needed a update and when I did speak to who we were dealing with I found her very rude and unhelpful, we then had our offer declined and was told in a very unprofessional manner with no compation about the £350 holding deposit I lost, very unhappy with this company and I will be avoiding them in the future

A big overdue thanks to Sara at Atwell Martin for getting me and my friend into a lovely house near Calne back in May. From booking a viewing at very short notice to getting moved in, she was always helpful, replying to emails quickly and making sure we knew what we needed to do as first timers. After-care and making sure we were happy with the place even weeks after moving in was a lovely touch to her professionalism and I’ll always feel comfortable asking her for help whenever it’s needed. If I were to move again, I would definitely go back to Sara as a first call.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! Wouldn't recommend to anyone, well unless you want to lose money and never get professional service, then yeah. Issues we've head: - Leak in the bathroom - ignored for over 2 years (Agency was aware of this BEFORE we moved in, yet did nothing and were ignoring us and the issue for over 2 years) which caused fungus growing out of the rotting wooden floor - HEALTH HAZARD!! -broken oven door handle - ignored for sooo long that oven door glass eventually fell into my bare hands! Thank God it was before oven was heated up! - nothing done about broken washing machine for 3 weeks... very uncomfortalbe AND cherry on top - few weeks ago they kept sending out email to customers with VIRUS - understand anyone can be hacked but sending them and not doing anything about it for a WEEK and not picking up a phone for days is very unprofessional... So yeah I recommend to keep faaar faaar away and go with ANY other letting agency
