I recently bought an apartment in Liverpool City Centre. The seller was out of the country on regular work trips making communication for myself and my solicitor quite frustrating. However, Giovanni of Ewemove was able to facilitate a direct line of communication with the seller and really helped speed the process up. If it wasn't for Giovanni's foresight and intervention, the sale may have fell through. I will certainly ask Ewemove to represent me when it comes to selling my apartment, Giovanni gets things done!

EweMove is the best estate agent I have ever used. Matt is always at the end of the phone, I never struggled to get in touch with him, nothing was too much trouble and he supported us with every aspect of our sale, he even gave us advice on our purchase which was hugely helpful. We were able to contact matt out of 9-5 hours which was really helpful as we both work full time. Finally got round to submitting this review, now the unpacking is finished. In theory I should be writing a review for our estate agent and not the estate agent that we purchased from! However, we would have been lost and highly stressed if it had not be for Matt at Ewemove, he kept us up to date with everything more that our own estate agent, he did most of the chasing down the chain etc. His professionalism and friendly nature (with no BS) puts him way above any agent we have used in the past. I will definitely use Matt in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone else.

House buying can be very stressful we just got the key this week after a long tedious process for last 7 months. If there is anything that made this process easy it was Luke. Throughout the whole process Luke was professional, prompt and always available. I mean we were getting better updates from him than our own solicitors. If you are thinking of selling your house you will be pushed to find a better estate agent than EweMove Childwall. We dealt with Luke when selling Dad's property and he took the stress out of the whole process for us. He was very professional and knowledgeable while also being friendly and approachable. Luke was very proactive, he managed to get us a lot of viewings very early on and managed to secure an offer within 6 weeks. This was no mean feat as it was shortly before Christmas, not the best of times to be marketing your property. What I loved about this estate agents is the contactability. Luke was always one step ahead, I never had to chase him for information he was constantly updating me via phone call or text. Throughout the whole sale procedure you are assigned one agent and this just makes things so much easier. Not all estate agents are the same and it can be frustrating when phoning and having to repeat the same conversation with many different people. All in all I can highly recommend EweMove Childwall and Luke in particular. He managed to turn a stressful process into a simple one.

We recently sold our house with Ewemove (Childwall, Woolton and Aigburth). We cannot recommend Ewemove and particularly Jane D enough. I was slightly nervous about the process but Jane made everything run smoothly. The pictures she took for the sale made the house look amazing and made even better by the plants and props that she used to dress the house. It really was an exceptional service that we know we would not have got from all the other high-street estate agents. When it came to viewings and offers we knew we could trust Evemove and Jane D 110% and she really did get us the best price for our property. Jane D at Ewemove was with us every step of the way and worked extremely hard from valuation, preparing photographs/sales materials, viewings, getting the best price for us and then ensuring the sale ran smoothly for us once agreed. We knew we were her number 1 priority and would not use anyone but Ewemove in the future.

We decided to put our house on the market in October 2020, and contacted a couple of agents for quotes. Giovanni responded extremely quickly, gave us an early appointment. When he arrived at our property he was clearly very professional, extremely knowledgable and really personable. Arriving in the midst of Covid regulations, he was Covid secure and warm friendly and at ease with the situation. We stopped seeking further quotes for the sale of our house as, for the cost and the package he offered, together with the professionalism one displayed, we were sure that we were making the right decision. He was full of great advice in relation to the preparation of the house for sale and he took all the pressure off the process off us, and took responsibility for a day of showing viewers around our house. After that day, we had a number of potential buyers, and managed to achieve a sale price above our asking price.
