Hello there! Welcome to EweMove Woolton, I'm Gio, your friendly local Sales and Lettings Agent. Who am I? Well, let me tell you. In my previous life, I was a Bank Manager but realised it wasn't where my passion was. I love to help people, I like to get out and meet friendly faces. Being a landlord myself, it was an easy decision to make, I knew the legislation and the challenges inside out, and I know that there was a serious lack of quality Sales & Letting Agents out there. So I founded EweMove Woolton and we help people move into their dream homes from Sefton Park and Childwall, and in Woolton.

GoogleGiovanni really gave a personal touch to the service. Tried to market the property with two other agents and they were unsuccessful. Giovanni took on the property and had it under offer in 2 weeks. He came as recommendation from my father in law and I would recommend him to anyone.

GoogleGreat experience from start to finish with two properties. Dan found a great tenant within days of the flat and the house going to the market. I have found Dan to be approachable, friendly and very efficient. I love that he personally does everything from the viewings to the move in inspection, allowing him to get to know the tenant before moving them in. Great photo's and a floorplan were also included, have recommended Dan to others and will always use from now on!

We were very impressed with how it was handled by Giovanni, he was so prefessional and it really did take any stress away from us as he looked after every detail. I found Giovanni to be very friendly and approachable so it's no wonder our house was rented in less than a week! Top service, highly recommend.

GoogleEwe Move, and more specifically Dan Jones, were great to work with for the recent sale of our property. Dan kept us informed of everything going on at all stages of the process, guided us through each step and kept everyone on track to have the process completed as quickly as possible. He made it clear that he wasn't just interested in making the sale, but that we were comfortable with how everything was progressing and on multiple occasions chased the right people when things appeared to be getting delayed. All in all a terrific experience! We will definitely work with Dan again when we look to buy or sell in the future.
