Hello there! Welcome to EweMove Woolton, I'm Gio, your friendly local Sales and Lettings Agent. Who am I? Well, let me tell you. In my previous life, I was a Bank Manager but realised it wasn't where my passion was. I love to help people, I like to get out and meet friendly faces. Being a landlord myself, it was an easy decision to make, I knew the legislation and the challenges inside out, and I know that there was a serious lack of quality Sales & Letting Agents out there. So I founded EweMove Woolton and we help people move into their dream homes from Sefton Park and Childwall, and in Woolton.

GoogleTo any one wishing to let through this company I would really consider thinking twice as when we first moved in all seemed ok but then things started to full apart and that’s when it all became no boiler for at least two months Electrics getting wet to to a roof leak which was left months and we lost belongs and mr Jones literally said to me well you don’t need that room , even no we pay for it. Then the extractor fans never worked so then the water started coming through then and been months sorting that out been a fight after a fight. The fire brigade has to turn of lights etc and fuse box to stop and issue as the kitchen one did smoulder have proff and reports..

If you are disputing that the reported repairs have not been completed then please contact your managing agent for an update.

GoogleMatt and Andrea looked after or home which we let out furnished for 3 years. They always selected good tenants and made sure the house was looked after and well maintained. They are professional while being friendly and approachable and have a pragmatic approach balancing the needs of the tenant and landord.
