GoogleWe arrange the viewing of the house. The agent call us to tell us that he was stuck on traffic. After waiting 30 minutes at the door of the property, he confirmed that he wouldn't be able to show us the house as he didn't have the keys. He didn't even show up.

TrustpilotRude and obnoxious manager. Think twice before you use
I contacted the Chingford branch to arrange a viewing. Having filled so many emails from a website, you get fed up of having to repeat the information you have already written.

GoogleNot happy with one member of staff at this branch unprofessional behaviour. Chuckling down the phone and slagging off other Agents seems like its All ok and thinking so highly of yourselves. Pathetic im disgusted.

GoogleAwful estate agent dont bother, they lied and dragged on the whole process of trying to let out our flat and still no progress and can never get hold of anyone to talk to about it. I've lost so much money I wish I chose a different estate agent.

GoogleThe most professional Letting Agents in Loughton that we've dealt with. They found us a lovely property and were open on Sunday which was very convenient for us, both for viewing the property originally and signing the tenancy on the day of move in. Will definitely recommend.
