Juan has been a great help in helping me and my family to find a new place. He showed us around the initial property we selected giving the information we needed, but also suggested some other options during the referencing process which allowed us to see a variety of different properties before we got the one we wanted. He kept us informed through out the process and followed up our requests. Very professional and informative. I contacted this agency about a property and was repeatedly called throughout the week to confirm my attendance, despite clearly explaining that I live locally and would definitely be there. They even rang again on the morning of the viewing to reconfirm. Yet, just 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment, I received a call saying they didn’t have the keys to the property (the explanation was unclear, either the keys were lost or unavailable). Fifteen minutes later, I got another call simply saying, “it’s not happening.” This is, without doubt, one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with an estate agent. To this day, I have not received a follow-up call, a re-arranged viewing, or even an apology. Extremely poor service, and I can confidently say I will not be using them again.

I've been trying to get a viewing for a high-end property for 1 week now. They call back, don't leave email/message if you don't pick up. On calling back, they note your msg, but never come back. Ask the same details and questions again and again, and that doesn't seem to bother them at all. I wonder how many buyers they loose that way. Not serious agent.

Tried to let a 3 bed house in chigwell. Waited over a week to hear back from them as to whether the landlord would accept us as tenants as we are disabled and living on benefits. Didnt hear back and was repeatedly fobbed off with various excuses like staff away on courses etc. Yet despite this someone else managed to sneak under the radar and make an offer. Clearly discriminatory despite the recent law changes that prohibit landlords from rejecting people on benefits. We even proved a joint income iro £69k. Will be reporting this agent to whatever governing body regulates them after i have spoken to citizens advice.
