GoogleWe just purchased our dream home with Madison Fox. After viewing a number of properties with Lester, it was clear that he was determined to understand our requirements to the ‘nth degree. Once we did see the house we’d eventually buy, Lester was incredibly helpful to ensure we had all the necessary info we needed to make the biggest decision of our lives. Having looked for our new house for almost a year, we dealt with every possible local agent. My stand out positive of dealing with Lester is that he understands what it takes to make the deal happen and fairly for all parties. Cutting out all the vagueness and nonsense that you often get with many agents. Once the offer was accepted, dealing with Bronte was a delight. She could never do enough for us, constantly providing updates and chasing solicitors whenever needed. Which is exactly what you want from the team when you’re trying to complete a deal within a short time frame. Thanks so much guys for all the hard work! You really did make this process a pleasure.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleThe service from Bronte and Lester was very professional, they chased all parties and kept us in loop, I feel without Bronte keeping behind all parties and pushing people, more delays would of pursued. Buying and moving is always stressful but they minimised the stress for us. As an Estate they went above and beyond. Sharon & Eddie

GoogleAfter our parents died, my sisters and I had the sad challenge of selling their house from a distance. Madison Fox were friendly and helpful and did an excellent job. They advised on a higher selling price than some competitors and quickly found a suitable buyer. They also kept in touch with everybody to make sure the sale went through. GoogleMy now husband and I were looking for a rental to move out after we got married and had a deadline of a week if that to find something, having called Madison Fox to ask to view a property (in somewhat of a panicked tone), I came across a very helpful young man named Juan. He agreed to help us see a flat that same evening after work and like a miracle we took that exact flat. The paperwork was all sorted within 3 days and by the following weekend we had the keys. Thanks to Juan and his team for getting us sorted so quickly.

GoogleMay I say that the team at Madison Fox went above and beyond to do all they could in ensuring the sale of my house went as smoothly as possible with little to no hassle to me whatsoever in the process from beginning to end. Bronte, Henry & Ben just to name a few in the team (I’m sure there were a lot of people in the background making things happen too!) are the reason me and my family are in the position we are in today, moving into our dream home. From ensuring we were okay for viewings and timings, to selling our lovely home to the best of their abilities as well as completing and exchanging, me and my family could not be more grateful for the services rendered by Madison Fox. If you have a house in the area and are thinking of selling and talking to a few different Agents, as I was at the beginning of my process, make the same decision as me and go with Madison Fox as I’m sure just like with my property they will do all they can to sell or rent it!
