We had really excellent service from Strutt & Parker Gerrards Cross in moving house to Chichester, after 33 years in Gerrards CrossIn particular, we would like to mention John Roberts and Anna Mincham who looked after us so well. Anna proved to be a little treasure, who never gave up, thus ensuring that a very difficult chain remained unbroken - even during her holiday!)My wife and I.both in our 70's, were extremely grateful

S&P were instrumental in the purchase of our new house. The transaction was really well run by lead Simon Backhouse - responses were timely and constructive and once the deal was struck then a real help in guiding the transaction through to a successful close. if we came to sell then we would have to think very hard about looking further afield for an agent and their area coverage is impressive.

I am continually bombarded by unsolicited mail regarding my house being on the market in Mid Cheshire.The house has not been on the market since 1978 !After last mail I emailed Adam Palmer to desist from sending it. Doesn't seem to have worked as yet again-another one falls on my hall carpet !

We were really impressed with the team at Strutt and Parker, as a purchaser they helped navigate our offer and negotiation. We asked for help on a couple of other aspects and it was immediately forthcoming and their recommendations of a quality that matched their own service. I hope we aren't in the market again for a while but if we were we wouldn't hesitate to instruct this team.

Wouldnt do any work with this firm in the future. Took months to pay a small invoice for works carried out at one of their managed properties. Kept asking to change the invoice address, all squabbling between each other who's department had the authority to issue payment. Complete circus full of clowns.

GoogleWhy did it take 6 months to purchase an empty property by these clowns ? The simple answer was they completely failed to facilitate the sale in a professional style. They failed to control the vendor’s expectations by massively over valuing the property and then advertised the service charge by 130% below the true figure. Just be warned of anything they say ……

I showed Interest online about letting a property owned by Strut and Parker but the phone manner of the agent immediately put me off. She treated me like I was hugely inconveniencing and was just down right rude. Noped out if that and they just lost my business! This was in oxfordshire
