Selling my home was hugely stressful in today’s dreadful market but with Paul and occasionally Alex’s wonderful hand holding during the many crises, it was managed. There were many days when I thought this would be utterly impossible! The persistence of Paul to get it over the line was so reassuring. I am just so grateful to have chosen a renowned national chain with their expert local knowledge to introduce a wide ranging clientele from all over the country. Edward Thomson of Strutt and Parker is the real deal in a tank full of sharks in the London real estate market. His advice when I bought a short-lease apartment in Cadogan Place was invaluable. I have since gone on to refurbish the property and extended the lease to create some real value. I’d trust Ed, whether on the buy or sell side. He’s in it for the long-term, and repeat business is his goal. A relationship, not just a quick fling!
