Katie was really helpful with the whole process and facilitating a pre-move in visit in order for us to check out sizing for furniture!

Vanessa and the team at Cubitt & West Chichester Branch couldn't have done more for us. No matter what the question was, Vanessa and the team were always there to help and answer no matter how simple. Huge thanks to everyone, your professional approach to us was second to none. A highly recommended team, who we will be glad to recommend to anyone. Huge thanks. Claire & Steve

Great experience!

My partner and I had our first ever viewing and was shown around by Aden. Aden was fantastic and was full of knowledge and could answer almost all of our questions (all the important ones). Once our viewing was done, Aden had told us that hadn’t been in the job very long but after spending 10 - 15 mins with him I would have thought he’d been in the job for years!

Returning Customer

This is the second time we have used cubitt and west to sell a property. Julie, Andy and the team at Cubitt&West Southsea did a fantastic job right the way though the sales process. Julie kept us and all parties up to date with any developments, and we always felt reassured that things were moving as quickly as they could have. I would always recommend these to any friend selling a house in the area.

My husband contacted James Gibb's office in Glasgow as we had missed the cut off for voting for options on deep cleaning and painting of the communal area of our flat at 6 James Watt Way in Greenock, He spoke to Rachel Henry who took our feed back over the phone . She was also very helpful in answering some queries we had.

Becky at the Northend branch, bloomin' terrific!

The landlord of my current home put me in a precarious situation and I needed to find somewhere new to live, along came Becky and the Cubitt & West team to help with viewing and ultimately securing a property in close proximity to my current home.Becky's personable and amenable nature has been incredibly helpful during a rather busy and stressful time. I've been kept informed of progress and any key decisions. In addition to the obvious stuff, it felt like Becky was keen to help me, rather than just the landlords. Quite refreshing! An easy recommendation from me!

We recently sold our house with Cubbitt and West.Although they are a bit more expensive than other estate agents we felt we made the right choice as we couldn't fault the service provided. We told them from the beginning we will need time to find a house to buy and they totally understood and we haven't felt any pressure from them. This although our house sold in one day.Especially Julie Bramble the sales progressor was very helpful providing us with regular updates and checking in with solicitors. She made the whole process as stress free as possible.Thank you!

Quick sale, great staff

From the first phone call the North End branch were polite, helpful and supportive. Special thanks to Mo Hussain who did exactly what he said he would getting us a quick sale for more money than I thought possible. Also Julie Bramble for all the support and advice she gave us when we needed it. Great communication! Also not forgetting Michael Sinnott, Michelle Foster and Zoey McGovern for their hard work too. Much appreciated. I highly recommend North End branch to all. Fantastic!

We had a brilliant experience with Daniel Nouari

We had a brilliant experience with Daniel Nouari as our letting agent. He was incredibly helpful and professional, guiding us through the process of renting our first house. Despite my work schedule, Daniel was accommodating and flexible with viewings, always putting our needs first. He kept us well-informed at every step, making the entire process super easy for us. We couldn't have asked for a better letting agent. Highly recommended!

We recently bought a property for sale with Cubitt and West. Tracey was very patient with us and let us take the time viewing to be sure about our decision. Julie kept on top of things and was quick to inform us of any updates. They both took the stress out of what can be a stressful process.

From start to finish

From start to finish, Heidi and her team at the Ashington branch have been fantastic. They are extremely professional and follow up calls and emails promptly. Heidi was so enthusiastic to potential buyers and really showed the house off. Heidi has been a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend.

Excellent experience

Lisa Mears and Kelly Killai from the Woodingdean branch managed the sale if our late father's house. They were both very sensitive to our situation which was lovely. Both were incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and local market. Nothing was too much trouble and they put up with my many questions happily.

Originally I dealt with Maddison who was extremely helpful. All staff including Nicola, Emily and Julie were equally efficient with all of them letting me know what was happening at each stage. I had a breakdown of each viewing and any questions were answered promptly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for selling my house again.

Thank you, thank you, Julia at Cubitt & West!

I have had the most refreshing experience from Julia at Cubitt & West Estate Agents - all estate agents really are not the same! Her attention to detail, she listens, takes on board 'you' as an individual and even gets in touch at times that suit me! I am so grateful for Julia's time, effort and for being so genuine. I can tell this is not a job for her but something from the heart - I can never thank you enough for making my house hunt a memorable positive experience. Thank you, thank you! Maria

Heidi at Cubitt & West in Ashington has been an absolute diamond! It has been a long and painful road to buy a property, but flat number 4 was meant to be obviously (other properties with different agents)! Also, I must thank James, their financial advisor for his excellent work, he’s made me realise my full purchase potential and never had a silly question been a problem for him.Honestly don’t think I’d be anywhere near to completion without Heidi and James! I don’t have enough words to thank them properly.

Selling my house quickly with Cubit and West

I decided to go with Cubit and West, due to the sales pitch by Claire Mansell which was very impressive. Once I had prepared the house for sale, photographs and a video tour were taken and sent to their Data base of potential buyers, the house was immediately viewed and an offer excepted before the house went live on their web-site, Zoopla or Rightmove.I was kept up to date on the progress of the sale at every step of the way, mainly by Cailean Burns, he normally answered the phone and was always happy to answer my questions and queries. They are also dealing with the sale of my girlfriends house sale and once again Cailean has been the main point of contact and has been happy to chase any questions and issues on that sale too.I was very happy with the whole process.

Cubitt and west in Horley is fantastic

For the past six months They have been trying to sell my property with Cubitt and West I can’t praise them enough! The team in Horley is absolutely outstanding… from their communication style to the level of professionalism is spot on. I have been dealing with Ellie, Siobhan, and Ben, who are so understanding about your time limitations, routine etc…. As the property I own, has its quirks, I had to rely on their diligence and devotion to be able to find the right person for it. ! Which happened! May I also mention that if it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t know that my lease, although it was extended, it wasn’t registered! Can’t thank you enough Cubit and west Horley
