Great experience from start to finish

Great experience from start to finish ! From valuation ,photos ,open day and handling offers we found the team ,Zoey ,Michael ,Julie and all others involved really professional. We had never sold a property before and after being in the same house for 34 years it was a daunting prospect. The team made all steps as easy as possible and kept us informed very regularly at every stage. We ended up getting numerous offers in excess of the asking price and would definitely recommend Cubitts for any property moves to family and friends.

Excellent Service from Cubitt & West Southsea Office

Very impressed with the service from the Cubitt & West Southsea office and a big thank you for all your efforts in achieving a successful sale. Over the years we had put a lot of effort into lovingly restoring our period apartment and from the start this was understood by Samara and the team. We were impressed by the marketing of our property and the package provided (including 3D tour) did justice to the internal spaces. The level of communication both before and after viewings was excellent. The sale our property was complicated by The Building Safety Act, however, Julie went above and beyond to ensure this was as smooth as possible. We can’t thank Julie enough for her communication skills (and patience), which proved invaluable in negotiating unfamiliar territory, ensuring all parties were kept informed and up to date on progress, we couldn’t have done it without you!

Amazing service from Dan in the lettings team… Dan went above and beyond to ensure I was able to view a house ( working outside his work hours, as I was unable to view the house until the evening due to my own commitments).All phone calls and correspondence were prompt and Dan gave me all the answers I needed to my questions ( I had many 😁).Dan has been professional but also friendly making me feel at ease through a stressful time ( looking for a home and moving is pretty stressful 😳).Thankyou Cubitt and West … 5 stars from me!

We use Cubitt and West to market and manage our rental property. Our contact in the Lettings Department is Holly. Holly is always conscientious, patient and polite. If she promises a call back she always fulfils that promise. Tenant vetting is good and we rarely have any vacant time. The service is highly recommended.

Our house sale was always going to be problematic; elderly father moving in with his daughter and son in law over 150 miles away and us needing to sell his old home. Trying to facilitate all this from a long distance was stressful and challenging. However Cubitt and West supported us so well throughout the process and Julie Bramble went above and beyond in order to support us, chase solicitors and paperwork, while constantly updating us due to the sale being 'long distance'. Vanessa Brittle is excellent!

Vanessa Brittle has been extremely helpful with very good advice concerning the pricing of my house. Vanessa showed me a house which Cubitt and West (Chichester) had on their books to sell and which I loved, but I hadn't sold my own house yet. Vanessa took the time during the viewing to explain how I needed to price my house in order to sell it in a difficult market. I took her advice and sold my house quickly when before it had not shifted at all and I have now just exchanged on the house Vanessa showed me. I don't know what anyone else at the Chichester office is like, but with Vanessa, you are in safe hands. If you read the one star reviews, have a look at the date when they were written. C&W in Chichester WAS awful, but they are now quite changed a really good.

An appalling experience with Cubitt & West Chichester. Our property was marketed with an incorrect description, communication was poor, and we had very few viewings over seven months. On one occasion, the wrong key was taken to a viewing by the estate agent, meaning a buyer couldn’t access the property and we potentially lost a sale.
