I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Cailean and Brendan. From the initial visit they were so friendly and polite, always professional and full of advice and support. I really enjoyed working with them. When they found a buyer for my property they were always on hand for the buyer and myself to answer any queries. All the way through the sale, along with Claire and Tamsin they made the sale progress as smoothly as possible. There are always hiccups along the way but they all did their best to make sure everything was dealt with and resolved as quickly as possible. It was an absolute pleasure working with you all. I would 100% recommend to use Peacehaven branch Sussex Cubbit and West to sell your Property.I found them all to be very professional, supportive, knowledgeable, and helpful during the whole process to the degree in my opinion, they even carried out a lot of the work for the buyer of my property to help it go through as it was not being done by her estate agent so she was really going on Cubitt and West all the timeI can’t thank all the staff enough, Karen Sayde David as well as all that were involved in working on my property and especially Gary, who, for over four months was overseeing the sale of the property that wasn’t smooth running, but managed through Hardwork and knowledge, and as said earlier by supporting our buyer as well to achieve the goal of selling our property

Can't thank John Charlotte and Emma enough for their help during my buying process. Although they wasn't my estate agent they was my sellers they treated me with so much kindness and patience. Turning pension age in a few months and needing in a hurry to rent an apartment I recently viewed a retirement property with Cubitt and West. During the viewing I said that I would need to pay part of the rent with housing benefit and I was shocked by how positive the Cubitt and West representative was, not a problem at all she assured me. Normally they react to the mention of housing benefit like I just farted! Excuse my language. I made an offer that day and didn't hear anything until eleven days later! Yes 11. The call came and the Cubitt and West representative said very sorry but the landlord was having trouble getting the solicitors to allow them to let the property so after weeks of advertising it they had to take it off the market and they didn't know if when if ever it would be available again but of course they would bear me in mind if anything else cropped up! Now I said at the beginning of this review I am very near pension age and therefore I wasn't born yesterday! It's the adding insult to injury thinking I would believe such BS that really rankles. In my opinion Cubitt and West Chichester are unprofessional, unethical and obviously don't care about customers or their reputation.

I highly recommend Cubitt & West for anyone looking to sell their property in Crawley. I switched over to them after 6 months with a bigger estate agent after being frustrated and disappointed with their service, marketing and lack of communication. Nichole and her team from Cubitt & West were the complete opposite. They were very friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout the whole process. They gave me honest advice, arranged viewings quickly and within a few weeks I had accepted an offer. They also handled the sale smoothly and kept me updated regularly. Great experience from start to finish

Great experience from start to finish ! From valuation ,photos ,open day and handling offers we found the team ,Zoey ,Michael ,Julie and all others involved really professional. We had never sold a property before and after being in the same house for 34 years it was a daunting prospect. The team made all steps as easy as possible and kept us informed very regularly at every stage. We ended up getting numerous offers in excess of the asking price and would definitely recommend Cubitts for any property moves to family and friends.

Very impressed with the service from the Cubitt & West Southsea office and a big thank you for all your efforts in achieving a successful sale. Over the years we had put a lot of effort into lovingly restoring our period apartment and from the start this was understood by Samara and the team. We were impressed by the marketing of our property and the package provided (including 3D tour) did justice to the internal spaces. The level of communication both before and after viewings was excellent. The sale our property was complicated by The Building Safety Act, however, Julie went above and beyond to ensure this was as smooth as possible. We can’t thank Julie enough for her communication skills (and patience), which proved invaluable in negotiating unfamiliar territory, ensuring all parties were kept informed and up to date on progress, we couldn’t have done it without you!

Cubitt and West Letting Department.

We use Cubitt and West to market and manage our rental property. Our contact in the Lettings Department is Holly. Holly is always conscientious, patient and polite. If she promises a call back she always fulfils that promise. Tenant vetting is good and we rarely have any vacant time. The service is highly recommended.
