Rosie Hewitt at Cubitt & West Arundel is a star

Rosie Hewitt at Cubitt & West Arundel is absolutely exceptional. I needed a new home because of a personal tragedy, Rosie promised that she would find me a place that would "fit me as a person not just as a client" and she absolutely did. She went above and beyond to find me the right property and manage the purchasing process, which was not at all easy. I can only thank her and highly recommend her services to anyone looking for "their perfect home", not just a house to live in.

Having placed our property with another agent and having wasted close to 6 months, we moved to C&W and quite quickly they had found us a very suitable buyer and the sale progressed well through to completion. Thanks to Scott Buchanan, Brian Sparrow and the rest of the team, what is usually a complex process progressed well and everything was done and dusted in about 4 months.

Vanessa from Cubitt and West has been helping us sell my Father in laws bungalow. It has been a challenge due to our personal circumstances but Vanessa has gone above and beyond what she needed to do to help us through it. As we are not near by and my father in law is in a care home, its been reassuring receiving that extra help and support. Final Review

Just wanted to give a final review of our purchase made through Cubitt & West. Zoey & Jaz dealt with the negotiations of our purchase and did everything they could to get us a great deal. We were more than satisfied with their service & would highly recommend them as agents and representatives. Julie Bramble was very hands on with the negotiations and progress of our sale. She was always on hand to speak to and is very knowledgeable in this field. Julie is a credit to the team and I think she does a brilliant job in making everyone feel at ease through the stages. Our purchase has been a whirlwind of emotions and stress but I think it was most definitely not as stressful as it could have been without Julie taking it on and working hard on it. Abbie and Beth in the lettings team have been amazing and very helpful in securing us new housing. We were already renting with Cubitt and West and had some maintenance issues in the previous property. Unfortunately the property management team were not very helpful, and then the landlord decided to sell, so we had to find alternative housing before our baby arrives in a few months. This situation was incredibly stressful but thankfully, the lettings team have been much more helpful. Abbie Tallack helped us find another property, arranged additional viewings at our convenience and went out of her way to make the moving process smoother for us. We are now moved in ready for the arrival of our first baby and we cannot thank Abbie and Beth enough for all of their help in making it happen. They really restored our faith in C&W and they are a credit to their team.

Fantastic!

I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received from cubit and west southsea. I really liked the WhatsApp messenger service too, makes communication easy. Harry sold our house within a few days, a really friendly and helpful guy. And Julie was there from then onwards, to see it through to completion. Cubitt and West Brighton don't want my business...?!

I am really disappointed by the interaction that I have received from Ebba at Cubitt and West Fiveways, Brighton. I have called a few times today to try to get booked in for a valuation to sell my property. After some difficulty getting through and finally speaking to someone in head office to get an appointment, Ebba calls back to rearrange. When I said that I could move the appointment but if there were any issues I would call to let her know Ebba replied 'that if it wasn’t a real appointment she would take it out of her diary’. Not a real appointment? That’s a strange comment. I would like to book in the valuation which is why Ebba was the 4th person today from Cubitt and West that I spoke to in order to arrange. When I tried to explain that the situation may not in my control and I was only giving her a heads up to be considerate she said ‘that she was rearranging her whole schedule to fit me in and didn’t want to do that if I wan’t going to guarantee the appointment’. I’m confused as to why Cubitt and West Brighton don’t want my business? And coming from Estate agents that often have to cancel / reschedule as they are dealing with situations out of their control…?! I purchased this flat through Cubitt and West years ago and sadly will no longer return to them for help.

Where do we start, I guess with Paige White first, what a diamond she is, from the very moment we first met her, she was friendly helpful and most importantly honest. The place Paige took us too, she warned us go in with an open mind, as work was ongoing at the property but not ready yet. We went and while we went in with an open mind, it was difficult to see beyond. Paige said I will keep a close eye on the progress and update you. We went away more in hope than anything else. Within a week of that viewing Paige called us and said come back and see what has been done. Which we did and while it was not yet ready the transformation was amazing. Paige had been right along, We said yes to the property and Paige went out of her way to get the paperwork side of things moving. When dealing with the rest of the team in the Bognor branch of C & W they too were friendly and helpful. Inside a month we are in the property and a huge part of that was down to Paige White.

I recently saw a house advertised n the window of Cubitt and West in Chichester and walked in to make some enquiries. I met Ffion Todorov who immediately took my enquiry seriously and agreed to show me round the property on the spot. I asked her to find out a few things for me before my return visit . I was absolutely amazed and impressed by her thorough and professional approach to my questions and she came to the next viewing with a folder of pertinent and and extremely careful research into the property and the surrounding area, including pricing for a few items which would need immediate attention. Ffion's diligence was quite extraordinary and I would like to thank her for this. I have dealt with a lot of estate agents over the years, but the service provided by Ffion at Cubitt and West was exceptional.
