My journey with Cubitt & West throughout my sale was positive. The team through, what can be a very stressful process and also one of someone's biggest purchases were professional, responsive and supportive from start to finish. Shout out to Dayne, Dave, Louis and Nigel for keeping me updated, helping me through any difficulties, keeping me updated, always being available when needed or had a question and more so when something needed moving. Lost engagement ring !

Big shout out to Thomas Goodchild (of lettings and customer care) who is always there when I need him. Last time it was my shower and this time (through no fault of my own) it was my engagement ring that fell down the drain. I was absolutely devastated and so I got through to Thomas who called me to arrange the plumber to come as quickly as he can. Within a day the swift arrangements were made and then Thomas also phoned me after to check that everything had been sorted out for me. I'm so grateful for him always being on hand to sort out all my maintenance issues whenever I have any. He's awesome. Thank you so much for all the excellent service you have provided!

Cubitt were great from start to finish

Cubitt were great from the start of the process to the end. Zoe sold the company well, explained the process and organised some fantastic photographs. The sales team were efficient and communicated well during viewings. After a quick sale Julie oversaw the progress of the chain and kept us regularly informed. Moving is a difficult experience and Cubitt made it as stress free as possible, would recommend to anyone selling their home.

Wonderful company, friendly, helpful and responsive

We have been dealing with a lovely lady called Lilly Palmer, we are in the process of relocating from East Sussex to Hampshire, and selling our flat to my brother. Lilly has been super responsive with emails, always happy to talk on the phone and when our mortgage advisor let us down with linking us up with their solicitors, Lilly was quick to act and hook us up with their in house solicitors and mortgage advisors so we didn't loose our dream house.

My experience with Cubitt and West, specifically Katie Sheridan and Abbie Tallack was exceptional taking out a significant amount of stress moving to a new area! I thought selling was stressful and didn't expect the rental market to be such a challenge. I went to all the estate agents as advised when going to a new area and these guys were head and shoulders above the rest. Specifically, 1. Took real time to understand my circumstances, what was a must have, where's decent and where not which as an outsider you don't have a clue so are very much in you agent hands, Spent time, listened, educated me on areas so their recommendation met my needs spot on. 2. No nonsense, straight to the point and tells you what is fair price or not etc, their approach gave trust immediately. 3. Most important landing me the best property I have rented, meets all needs and surpasses some all within budget. I can save you a day of your life if you listen to this review, engaging 9 estate agents is time consuming so don't bother and just go to these guys first. Thanks to Katie and Abbie the 'dynamic duo' who made a stressful situation very easy with no fuss.

I dealt with Julia throughout my entire moving process and all I can say is how amazingly-lovely she was! Julia made the process seem so easy and kept me informed every step of the way. Branch good, staff great!

The Cubitt & West branch we used were absolutely fantastic. Always there when we needed them and always the most helpful, especially when we had any questions or issues. My only personal issue with the company would be their use of a certain solicitors. I was deeply unhappy with their recommendation of solicitors who they recommended. You may say that I could have got my own but at that moment, being a first time buyer, I felt very much pushed into that choice. Things were great with the company themselves though. We were assigned Julie to help us and she's been absolutely spectacular. The amount of calls I've made to her to moan is frankly ridiculous but shes always been there to help, to explain what's going on and why, and to be that voice of reason when we needed it most. Very happy to have worked with her and if the review was just for her, it would have been an easy 5*!
