If there were no stars i would put none. This is the worse estate Agent I have ever dealt with in my life! My husband and I also our baby lived in a flat for two years, in that two years we have reported and taken several photographs of issues that needed to be dealt with and it’s only when we left they started to deal with the issues. Our landlord was rubbish as well, but we had a feeling that Cubitt and West wasnt telling our landlord about the issues in the flat. Living in this flat really affected our mental health, especially mine. We were not living in good condition AT ALL! Our poor baby had to live in this condition as well.

Sadly I would not recommend renting through Cubitt and West. The property management team are absolutely useless, taking 2 or 3 months to fix very simple issues, and then only getting around to it when it's time to renew the contract the the risk of them losing money kicks them up the a**e! They're slow to communicate and will fob you off regularly, closing down jobs on their tenants portal without actually doing anything about it!It's a shame, we love the property but can't stand them as a lettings agent.

From start to finish the experience was very up and down.At first they were very helpful but there were a few things we were not happy with. Some individual staff members were very pushy and made us feel uncomfortable. Viewings would be booked in for us for houses that we made it very clear we did not want to view.We were also very disgusted and upset in the fact a letter was sent out to many houses in our neighbourhood without our knowledge or consent. This letter included our Christian names along with our budget and the area we wanted to live. We felt this really invaded our privacy with information that should never be released especially without our consent. If it wasn’t for family friend that received this letter we would not have even known it had been sent out.On the other hand our sales progressor was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us. He always kept us updated and and we really trusted his opinion and judgement.

I sold my house with Cubitt and West but was selling with another agent and by doing so I had to pay the other agent £1000, Cubitt and West said that would pay the £1000 if I sold which they failed to do just because I did not have the correct paperwork from the other agent which they would not give to me because I changed agent.Would not use Cubitt and West again can’t be trusted to keep their word.

Never sell your property with southwater branch cubbit west. I had a good relationship with them up until now I don't normally write reviews but I thought I should let others know the true story about them. They are a waist of time. We have been with c and w for over 100days and never got an offer Since they haven't been able to sale our property we decided to go with another agent. My husband tried calling several times to speak with a branch manager called Leanne regarding terminating the contract. Every time we call we get a lying answer, she will call back. Its been 3days she hasn't called yet. Very unprofessional never expected such type of service.

Talk about hard sell. I viewed one property with them (which wasn’t suitable) and they haven’t left me alone since. Constantly texting, phoning and emailing different places - which I am already aware of as I’m sure anybody who is house hunting is. I explained I would contact them if I wanted their assistance but in the end I had to block them. It genuinely put me off even considering one of their listings.I understand they are taught to sell but back off if someone isn’t responding.
