A big thank you to Heidi and her team at the Ashington branch of C&W.They were excellent in keeping us informed about our property. We liked the portal to log into our area of the website so we could see potential viewings etc.Our home sold for the asking price in a very short time and we exchanged and completed with no hitches. We would not hesitate to recommend their very professional services.

Highly recommend!

I have recently exchanged on a property I'm buying through Cubitt and West Southsea. Right from the start the team were extremely helpful without being overly pushy about added extras like a lot of other companies I viewed properties with. Ed, Andy and Julie Bramble all helped me at different stages, even helping me find another suitable property when the first seller pulled out of the sale. There was clear, prompt communication throughout and they were realistic about managing expectations. If I ever need to sell (or buy another property.. Hopefully not too soon!) then I would look to do this through C&W.

We all need a Julie

I cannot fault the service from Cubitt and West at all. I was unhappy with my previous estate agent and Cubitt and West were able to help with more viewings and generally making my home as attractive as possible. The conveyancing wasn't always straight forward but Julie Bramble was amazing chasing agents and conveyancers and keeping in regular contact. The whole company were amazing but Julie went even more above and beyond. I'm so happy with my service

THERE WAS A CONSTANT REMINDERS AND UPDATES FROM THE LET AGENTS/ REPRESENTATIVES DESPITE THE BEREAUCRATIC AND CUMBERSOMENESS OF THE RENTAL PROCESS AND PROCEDUCERS THOUGH I UNDERSTAND ITS PART OF THE PROCESS AND A FORMALITY AS A LEGAL PROCEDURE. THEN THE DIFFICULT BIT WAS THE POSTPONEMENT OF THE MOVE IN HANDING OVER OF THE KEY WHICH I UNDERSTAND WAS UNINTENTIONAL AND AGAIN WAS DUE TO MAINTENANCE WORKS TO GET THE PLACE READY FOR OUR HABITATION.IN SHORT THE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN QUIET INTERESTING AND A LEARNING PROCESS KNOWING ABOUT FLAT FAIT , CUBITT AND WEST ETC . Professional and Friendly

I am a first time buyer and found C&W very professional throughout the whole process. Clarisse at the Southsea branch in particular was responsive to my emails and remembered my name when i phoned into the branch to ask questions (it's the little things!). From putting the offer in, Julie was great at keeping me informed and trying to keep the process moving along despite the challenges of Covid19. Would highly recommend C&W when purchasing a home.

A mistake was made….at our expense

Quite disappointed we had a viewing and we liked it we was informed very quickly we was successful and we paid the holding deposit we was over the moon we was weeks away from being homeless due to our landlord allegedly selling up - within the hour we had a call to inform us of a “mistake” that our application was clicked by mistake - this was devastating we was promised our deposit back immediately which actually took 2 weeks there wasn’t much sympathy it was a case of “sorry I can’t do anything to help” it broken our trust with estate agents and made us feel mentally awful I understand it wasn’t the estate agents error but more should of done to prevent this from happening you can’t play with peoples emotions this way it took for us to hound the estate agents to finally get our money back…as per quick enough to take your money but not give it back - in future I will be avoiding this company we was going through hell being homeless frantically looking for somwhere with 2 month notice this just added to the trauma

We went with Cubitt & West because the agent we were previously with were messing us about, and they had asked us to lower our price as the market was slowing down. 2 days after moving to them we had multiple viewings and 2 offers at full rental value and the tenant moved in immediately. They were a breath of fresh air to deal with and we will use them again without hesitation, as they were totally honest and trustworthy to work with.

We can’t praise the team in Cranleigh…

We can’t praise the team in Cranleigh high enough. Kerry-Ann and and Ross were excellent, professional and hugely supportive. The service right from the beginning with the quality of brochure and virtual tour was overlaid with regular contact and excellent communication with the eventual buyers. We have moved many times and Kerry-Ann and Ross were by far the best agents we have had supporting us. We can recommend the Cranleigh office very highly.
