Based on my personal experience, I highly recommend Prominence if you are searching for the right tenants, proper paperwork and hassle free service. GoogleI have been using Prominence Estates since they have started. They currently manage my portfolio. They are a one stop shop for all my landlord requirements. Used many agents in the past, I find they are great when you are supplying them stock but then they take their foot off the gas. So far these guys make me feel like a valued client. Would strongly recommend the portfolio management service.

Dear Saurabh, Firstly, and most importantly, we would like to advise you that the overflowing bins were emptied, within less than 24 hours of this being reported. Secondly, we would like to inform you that the issues of hygiene and bins are not related to the Estate Agency and we should not be held responsible. We would highly recommend rather than leaving such a negative review to contact our office to report your concerns so they can be addressed as we have not received any prior reports regarding this issue from you. We also request for you to call our office at 02476309826 so we can discuss this matter in more detail. Additonally, we would like to clarify that Prominence Estates are not residents in this property and it is not our duty to take the bins out each week. Your comment "you guys have kept overloading bins" does not apply to us as the we are not tenants in the property. 1. Why have you not contacted the tenants in the property? 2. Why have you never reported this to Prominence Estates? We would like to address that certain factors, such as waste collection and management, fall under the responsibility of Coventry City Council and the TENANTS that live in the property. A complaint has already been raised and escalated with Coventry City Council about the waste and bin collection issues. The TENANTS that live in the property have a duty of care to ensure that their waste is disposed of and managed correctly as we are sure you would agree with. 1. Do you expect your landlord or estate agent put your rubbish in the bins for you? 2. Do you expect your landlord or estate agent to take your bins out on bin collection days? In light of this, we respectfully ask that you consider removing your review as the issue was resolved within 24 hours. Please be assured that Prominence Estates has taken proactive measures on several occasions by paying an external company to remove the waste when necessary.
