GoogleLiving miles away from the property we were selling the agent was very flexible in helping with viewings and follow up tasks. The fixed priced package also took away the stress of finding a solicitor.

GoogleAs a landlord -- Pinewood are the best in Chesterfield, and I tried a couple. I have rented two of my properties via Pinewood for over 10 years. They have excellent service and a range of fairly-priced offerings. My tenants always give me good feedback about them so I have no reason to look elsewhere - extremely happy with Pinewood

GoogleAlways been very helpful whenever I have had any (limited) issues whilst not being over baring with constant check ups or emails. I've been very lucky to remain in employment throughout the pandemic crisis, however, I understand that they have been amazing to others less fortunate.

GoogleWould not recommend, try to fleece you out of any money they can through fees. There is better agencies out there. Cannot wait till the new laws come in stating that no agency fees can be applied.

Emma, we are astounded that you feel the way you do, after the accurate and very helpful advice we gave you regarding the issue with your dripping boiler. When everyone was having a difficult time getting around, and contractors were battling through the snow to get to those with no heating at all, you felt it ok to shout and swear at our staff that were trying to help you with the small dripping leak that you had under your boiler. What has shocked us is that you were happy with us in the end after receiving our advice, along with the fact that we managed to get you a contractor to attend the very next morning. We feel disappointed that you feel this way and would welcome a meeting to discuss why you feel the way you do. Regards Pinewood.
