GooglePinewood properties have been very professional in their dealings with me. They have proved to be very competent and have a good selection of tradespeople to deal with all issues that arise with the building. The prices they get are reasonable and work is done promptly. This keeps the tenant happy and it’s good for the building. I am a very satisfied customer.

GoogleI bought a property up for sale with Pinewoods in May 2022. From the moment I contacted the office to arrange a viewing to the moment I got the keys all the staff were incredible, especially my sales negotiator. Moving house can be a stressful time but I was kept up to date all the way through and even got a welcome hamper when I completed. Thank you so much for all your help!!

GoogleIt is not the poor professional decisions (like sending back the same plumber again and again, after it is clear that he does not able to solve the problem, which happened more than once), but the ignorant, heartless, sometimes unethical treatment of tenants is the worst. And no, it is not just some bad employees, it is company culture. Do you think they said sorry after their failures any time in the last 5 years? I know that agencies are profit-oriented companies, which represent not the tenants but the interest of the landlords, but still, leadership can make difference. It is question of attitude, question of human quality. The very best example (of the many many similar ones) was their covid-19 lockdown communication, where they made it clear that they do not care anything but the money.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
Hi Andras, we are sorry that you feel the way you do but we are a little confused by your review. We have looked into your tenancy and we can see that you have just vacated and that the checkout has gone well and your communication with Pinewood and Pinewoods communication with yourself was very good and none of this was ever mentioned. As an agency we obviously have to make money for the service we provide, that goes without saying but to suggest that we do not care about tenants is wholly untrue and we have hundreds of very happy tenants the use us time and time again. We would welcome a discussion to try to understand why you felt the need to write your comments above so we can at least understand what you believe we have done wrong.

GoogleIn the short time my property was marketed by yourselves I had a handful of possible buyers, 1 wasn’t in a position to buy, another only wanted a property on 2 levels (mine is clearly on 3) and another wanted freehold and not leasehold (mine is leasehold). Considering we are in a pandemic and are supposed to be minimising contact with others, this was clearly a waste of everyone’s time. I was contacted on multiple occasions asking if I wanted to reduce the price even though it was said at the beginning that the price it went up for was the price I wanted and no less. I have since decided to rent out my property as my moving date is fast approaching. I have gone with another company who managed to rent it within a day before the board even had chance to go up! I wouldn’t use Pinewood again and would definitely not recommend to anyone else.
Hi Lucy, we are very sorry you do not feel you received the service you expected. Out of our three different sales packs you chose the marketing only pack, therefore as explained we pass on all leads, it is then up to the vendors to qualify the potential buyers prior to arranging a viewing, also we can see it was listed higher than our valuation upon your request, this may be one of the reasons you only had a handful of potential buyers as the house itself looks beautiful, so it can only be down to the listed price. We have also checked the listing and have found that we have listed your property correctly as a three storey, leasehold property. I can also see we had regular contact with yourselves giving you updates and even recommending listing the property at the valuation price. Here at Pinewood we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and we are deeply upset that we have one customer that is unhappy.

GoogleOur agent was amazing until we paid deposit etc then became near impossible to get anything, still not heard back about the itinerary 3 months later. Got our signed tenancy agreement a month after moving in and only after they'd tried to have me pay the deposit twice and after I called to chase it up. My agent had apparently left pinewood and no one had picked up her work. Great initially, not so great once we moved in and they play blame games instead of taking responsibility which came across as unprofessional.

We found Tom to be very friendly, knowledgeable and very supportive, always available to offer advice if needed, which is why we chose Pinewood as our estates agent. It was Hayley who saw through the sale of our property. She did so with the same friendly manner, excellent professional knowledge and kept us updated on a regular basis. GoogleI have been with a number of estate agents and pinewood are by far the best. They have really clear processes and are incredibly professional. Anytime I have issue it's dealt with within the week. Everyone is friendly. When they explained all the methods they do things I had no doubt that I would be treated fairly and the place I would be renting would be up to a high standard.

GoogleSpoke to Rebecca and she was very rude and sarcastic. They rung us 2 hours before hour viewing to cancel and got a backhanded apology off of them. Don't waste your time or money with this company.
We are sorry you feel the way you do Daniel but unfortunately in lettings access is sometime denied at the very last minute by a sitting tenant, which is of course very frustrating for all parties, including the landlord and ourselves, it is however totally out of anyone’s control. You suggest that people should not waste their time and their money, we would like to say no money is ever taken from anyone just wanting to view a property. GoogleAfter renting with this company for quite some time I would state that some of their staff are very helpful and some are most definitely not. I would assume that they are forced to deal with some awful clients, and, unfortunately, this is reflected on the way they handle all calls. When problems arose with the property it was an issue to make head way regarding rectifying said problems without resorting to withholding rent. Having left the property in an excellent state we have received a full refund of deposit but annoyingly in the form of a cheque despite numerous requests for a transfer into my account and also despite transferring the deposit directly. Not the worse but dedicate room to improve.
