Jenny, was super efficient however I was disappointed with the price the flat sold for. I believe this was due to the state of the market and the way the current tenants have it cluttered. Also they are in situ and contracted till 2022, which probably put bidders off. All in all I would rate Jenny highly but I was expecting to sell at a higher price. Thanks.
