This company uses gas lighting techniques and sells properties by providing misleading information and then adds information on “Notices” last moment. They only represent sellers and often sell the same properties several times.

We are really disappointed and sorry to hear that you felt mislead however this is certainly not how we conduct our business. Whilst we 'represent' the seller, we also provide extremely high levels of support and guidance to all buyers - as evidenced across our Trustpilot reviews from buyers of all experience levels. Our listing pages where we advertise the property share as much information as is made available to us. Due to the fast time scales of auction sales, sometimes last minute information is provided (which is always shared with registered bidders). We also strongly advise all bidders to download and carefully review the legal pack before bidding, as once the gavel falls, contracts are exchanged, and the purchase is legally binding.Our records and audit trails do show that you didn't read the legal pack prior to bidding on the property that you subsequently purchased. This meant that you missed critical information that would’ve enabled you to make an informed decision before choosing to bid. I hope this information helps explain why you felt you had been misled/misinformed and the importance of downloading and reading legal packs prior to purchasing a property at auction.
