GoogleVirtually no hot water, Landlords/Xenia are unresponsive and do not seem to want to engage themselves with the issue. No apologies, no compensation. Nothing, just a "we're working on it".

GoogleI was going to take an accommodation here. But then I saw horrible images and the comments on the website. I will definitely not be booking a years stay at Chronicle House.

Googlestayed here last year. The place is terrible and the people who manage the building worse. Avoid the place at all cost. Staying here ruined my first year at uni

GoogleLovely, inviting building! The facilities are fab especially the gym which is very well equipped and the studio room was very vibrant, spacious and cosy. Definitely recommend.

GoogleThat's a very good Accommodation block, gym, consoles, sky+ HD and bike shed included. Just very expensive, you have to pay for luxury
