GoogleAbsolute disgrace of a letting agent - no interest in maintaining property until you move out and then they try to get you to pay to update the property. We both said we would live in our cars rather than rent another property through Thomas Property Group

GoogleHave had a really good experience with Thomas - anyone who thinks they have 'hidden' fees hasn't read their tenancy agreements properly! The fees were upfront and laid out clearly - the agents helped me understand everything, and were really patient showing me lots of variety and advising on best location for me. Will use them again and have recommended to friends.

GoogleA family friend made the mistake of working with this company. Under no circumstances should you deal with these people. IMHO they are sharks. Do yourself a favour and run a mile. If they present an argument to you demanding money against performance of contract go straight to Trading Standards or get a lawyer to advise you.

GoogleThese guys are quite expensive for tenants. They charged me £75 to renew for 6 months and £95 to renew for 12 months and don't actually do anything. They also charge £85 for checking out of a property. Make sure you thoroughly read any agreements before signing them as it is all in there in the small print.

GoogleI can't understand why they insisted on a video of the property when they already had photos from the previous lease advert. They were insistent on this. Staff not very friendly about getting a cleaner. OveralI I got that we don't care feeling. Not the best.

GoogleTerrible agents, they are still charging hidden fees which is illegal since 2019. If you don't pay the agent the fees they make up, they say they will arrange with the landlord to evict you, despite the tenant having paid all rents on time and having no arrears at all.

GoogleCommunication is poor, leave you upto months before things can be repaired, and wait until you want your security deposit back, they charge you in any way possible so you don’t get it all back, they don’t take wear and tear into consideration, will never ever be using this company again
