Could not recommend Hoots enough. They own the houses themselves rather than just representing other landlords. If there's ever an issue with the house they cannot go further out of their way to help you and will deal with it asap. Always in regular contact with their tenants and very visible on social media alongside their dogs Bertie and Boris. Perfect people to go with when looking for a house with their office on Garden Lane.

After viewing a range of houses, Hoots showed us (my housemates and I) the perfect house, in the perfect location, with great facilities and a flexible payment system. Any issues we've had (whether accommodation or finance related) the team have been incredibly accommodating with great customer service and a quick response time. Can't state enough how great they've been, and really happy to say we've signed with them again for the coming academic year!

Home away from home! Easy signing process, no deposit and super friendly staff! Any maintenance issues are resolved quickly as landlords truly care for the tenants and properties. It was hard to find a 8 bed house in Chester but Charlotte helped us every step of the way to find one close to the university and close to the city centre! So happy we decided to sign with hoots!

Absolutely amazing company to sign with, goes far beyond any housing company (especially a student one) to make sure the houses are safe, comfortable and fit for the group living there. Quick to reply to emails and so friendly if you pop in the office (even just to say hello and have a sweet or two). Lucky to have around a gorgeous house with them! Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Hoots showed us a load of houses before we found one really close to the campus we use, cheap rent, and great facilities. Issues we've had regarding the house/payment, they've been really great at sorting out for us. They're also really approachable for all of our first time renting concerns and helped explain everything in loads of detail. Amazing team and really cute office dogs, Boris and Bert.

Currently occupy Flat 4, 6 Brook Lane and couldn't be happier with Hoots. Not only are the landlords really lovely, but they are always happy to help with any issues we have. They allow couples in one bed flats, and their prices are affordable for students too. Can't recommend them more strongly if you're considering renting with them!!!

Hoots are my third landlord since i moved to Chester and they’ve been the best by far. They’re always quick to respond to emails as well as any issues and they’re very approachable and professional company overall. They renovated our flat prior to us moving in as well as providing a new picnic table and benches earlier in the year. It’s a relief to find a friendly, reliable landlord for my final year and I would definitely be with Hoots again if I decide to stay in Chester in the future.
