From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the attention to detail, the welcoming atmosphere, and the level of care that goes into making this place feel like a true home away from home. The location is perfect for students, close enough to the University of Chester to make the commute effortless, yet situated in a vibrant area with easy access to shops, restaurants, and all the amenities you could need. It’s incredibly convenient, and I never felt out of touch with the city’s energy. The facilities themselves are top-notch. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with plenty of storage and everything set up to make student life comfortable and stress-free. The communal areas are equally impressive, offering the ideal balance between quiet study spaces and welcoming social spots. Whether I needed somewhere peaceful to focus or wanted to relax with friends, Hoots always had the right environment. What really sets Hoots apart, though, is the staff. They go above and beyond to make sure every student feels supported and valued. Any questions or issues were always resolved quickly, and they foster a real sense of community through friendly interactions and social events. It made living here not just convenient, but genuinely enjoyable. Cleanliness and security are also excellent. The property is always kept in great condition, and I felt completely safe at all times. For students, having that peace of mind is invaluable. Overall, my experience at Hoots has been outstanding. Hoots are by far the best Student Accommodation is Chester! They are so friendly and treat you like part of the family! Any issues? They are there so fast to help, couldn't ask for better landlords. Having any problems in the house, with money or people they are always there to help. You can see that they genuinely care about their students and don't just see them as profit. I cannot thank them enough for making my university experience great - even throughout these hard Covid times.

Living in a hoots house for the first time this year. A couple months in now and the experience has been great. The house has everything we need. Everything is clean, safe and tidy. Every time I have any questions they are straight to reply always with helpful answers. To top it all off, they feed us sweets and let us cuddle their dogs in the office!! Amazing people and happy to be signing up to another year with them!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND - right from the start the Hoots team were welcoming, providing several points of contact (both for emergencies and less urgent notices); any maintenance issues were dealt with swiftly and with plenty of updates and notice; the team went above and beyond in ensuring the stay was as comfortable as can be, with information packs (what to do during power outages, fire, flooding, etc.) and regular check ups. Even when there was an urgent issue that needed sorting, the team were approachable and solved the problem ASAP. The main office is close to most of the properties so you can always pop in and talk face-to-face or via email/phone call. Truly non-judgemental and the communication is above what I expected - could not recommend enough!

My experience of ‘hoots’ is nothing but a positive one! I moved into my student home last year and at the beginning was very nervous to be away from the halls that I had previously lived in. I soon realised that I had nothing to worry about, the house was clean and all in good working order. Any problems that did occur were dealt with promptly and efficiently. I would have no problem in recommending this agent to anyone that is considering using them for their rentals.

I wish I discovered Hoots earlier! Having spent my third year at uni in a Hoots home it has been so lovely. A very well looked after home and the Hoots fam are always there to help whether it be for info or advice on how to work the boiler! Signing for a house can be scary for a student but Hoots made it feel really comfortable! Lastly popping into the office for a play with the doggies has been a valuable bit of therapy, thankyou Hoots.

Hoots are the friendliest student accommodation team in chester hands down! Unlike other letting agencies Hoots own their properties so they care that everything runs as it should in the property as much as you do as a tenant. They send emails regularly to check if we have any issues that they can sort for us so communication is always open! The team are also very respectful of privacy, always giving 24 hours notice if they're going to be coming over. Wish I'd started renting with Hoots sooner!

I can't recommend Hoots any more strongly to be honest. I have rented with them for two years, and I am already signed up for a third. Hands down the best accommodation for students in Chester. My only regret is that I didn't sign a tenancy with them sooner. The landlords are incredibly helpful, and respond to any problems within a day or two of them being reported. They don't charge a cleaning fee/deposit, which is also fantastic. Furthermore, of the flats I've seen from them, all of them have been really nice. The furniture provided is brand new as far as I can tell. Overall, great properties and great landlords. Couldn't be happier with the company! :)

Im currently in my 2nd year of my course at Chester uni, I have been in a 8 bedroom hoots house for a good 3/4 months now and I have found them to be a brilliant company to live with, whilst living here I have found that any issues that my house has are sorted out ASAP and hoots are really helpful and nice about anything that does go wrong, as obviously things do go wrong that need fixing as living in a house with so many people it’s inevitable. I would like to say Thankyou to hoots and fully recommend them to anyone who is looking to rent with them. 5/5 👍

After looking at several houses that we didn't like or were charging loads of up front costs, we finally found hoots!! We viewed a couple of their houses and with us being a big group (8 of us) we were running out of options until Charlotte let us view a 10 bed house which was great!! Even though we didn't have enough people to fill it at the time she allowed us to still sign for it which was a life saver! Since then it's been great, the house was so clean when we moved in and they'd redone loads of things in the house. If there are any ever problems they're fixed in a timely manner. There's regular contact through email and social media so you never feel like a burden emailing if anything goes wrong. Great houses, great people and a great experience!

Added: My second time housing with Hoots, and they are still as accommodating as ever. Even if you just need to go in for a chat, it is always a friendly atmosphere, with the bonus of the two best dogs. They do weekly check ins and are always promt with any maintenance issues.

I have signed this year with hoots and haven’t regretted any second of it, the house me and my housemates share is brilliant and they are always on hand if we have any issues, keeping in contact regularly over email with us to address any concerns. The team are approachable, friendly and efficient in delivering excellent service to me and my tenants throughout the year so far, so much so that we have decided to sign on again next year with them due to this high level of customer service! Honestly the best student accommodation in Chester. The landlords are super friendly, and we love having a chat with them when we pop by (and petting their two dogs too!). I have been with them for two years already, and I'm already signed up for a third year too. They have a genuine care for each property that they own, and are eager to help out and solve any issues quickly. The apartments are really nice too, all within a 20 minute walk to either the campus or the town centre. Thoroughly glad to be renting with them, can't recommend them strongly enough!!! 😍
