GoogleCannot recommend Hoots highly enough, everyone there is super friendly and approachable and are always really quick to resolve any issues. Already signed on for another year with them because they're easily the best letting agnecy we've been with!

Deal with any issues ASAP and are always quick to respond to any questions. Welcoming and friendly staff at the office where you can pop in even just for a chat and cuppa! No better place to be 🤩

GoogleThe nicest landlords in the whole of Chester! The house we were in was beyond perfect with good spacious rooms and kitchen/dining room. The landlords were always at hand to help with the smallest of matters. Highly reccommend them!

GoogleI have been with Hoots for 2 years now and they are nothing short of amazing! Nothing is too much trouble for them. They are so quick to respond to any worries or problems we have. Not to mention the bonus of cuddling their dogs if you go into the office! Hoots are 10/10, you shouldn't look anywhere else for student housing !!

GoogleEasy to sign the contract and the check you understand what you are signing up to! No deposit or payment until the rent! They always check things with the house are ok and are quick to fix things if there are issues! Shame that it took me until third year to rent with them!

GoogleAwful awful houses, broken showers, broken cupboards, broken shelves, ant infestations, leaking ceilings, leaking taps into kitchen storage, faulty fire alarm, broken washing machine, leaking toilet. If you're a student in Chester please avoid Hoots for your own safety and well-being, minimal help given and when it was it took months to fix just one issue. Disgusting and dreadful...
