TrustpilotA personalised service which stood out in comparison with its peers
Richard stood out for us compared to the multiple estate agents we saw in Chester when buying a house. He lets you take your own time without any pressure and provides a personalised service which is second to none. He offers good advice and his pricing is fair but reasonable and the results were shown in how quickly our house was sold (within 10 days)!

We received an excellent service from Fernalls. They managed the let of our property and later the sale. They kept us informed, carried out all the viewings and provided good help once the sale was agreed. Brilliant! Mrs Watts.

TrustpilotAbsolutely fantastic!
Absolutely fantastic! Having sold quite a few properties over the years I have come to expect a certain level of service from estate agents who always seemed necessary but not always satisfactory. The service from Fearnalls and Richard however, was simply out of this world! Far, far better than any other agent in Chester, choose Fearnalls and you will not be disappointed. If Carlsberg did estate agency ....

TrustpilotTop marks for the Fearnall's experience
Tom, from the very outset impressed with his manner and his knowledge of a market that involved a house with mobility aids and a little love required. He saw through the issues and was confident on his estimation which was realised. We could not have been happier with the Fearnall's experience and service.

A brilliant experience all round. Very good proactive communication, rapid response to requests and questions, general excellent customer service. If only other people I have to deal with gave service that came close to Fearnalls' my life would be much easier. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend 100% plus.

We were always kept updated on all the aspects of our house sale, from the initial visit, photos, 360 degree video, the advertisement, all the viewings were accompanied by a member of staff and feed back from each of the viewers.

TrustpilotProfessional service delivered - Recommend
A professional service delivered. I'd recommend Fearnalls. Richard Wheeler brings 20+ years of experience and this comes through in his calm, measured approach and his detailed market knowledge of the Chester and surrounding areas. Richard had previously sold a property for me 15 years ago in a previous incarnation and really glad I engaged him again.
