GoogleWouldn't recommend homelet to my worst enemy! I rented a house off them for years, a house they actually owned, then they kicked me and my family out 3 weeks before Christmas claiming they needed to move in to the property, a couple of months later it was refurbished and back on the market for £200 more a month!

GoogleSeemed great during the viewing & arranging renting a property. Freindly, attentive & easy to deal with, but not good once you're a tenant. Some repairs never happened no matter how much you chase it up. After deciding to leave they repeatedly arranged viewings without notice, while we were still living there!

GoogleStayed here for just over a year and can happily say that I never had a problem. Any maintenance issue was always quickly resolved and Lisa or other members of staff were always on hand to help. Lovely company and lovely family and will definitely go back if ever in Chester again

FacebookAppalling. Arranged a viewing of a property we were really keen on. Cancelled plans and left work early to attend viewing. The person never showed up, and online we saw that it had already been let. They had my phone number, but didn't bother to let me know. Very disappointing and frustrating.
