By far the best estate agents in Chester. The initial reason I choose these guys was down to viewing numerous properties to which a couple were with Ashley and out of all the estate agents and viewings I found Ashley to be the only one that was super friendly, knowledgeable and on the ball! The rest were mostly useless, sat in there car reading the paper or didn't have any answers to my questions. This then gave me the confidence to choose them in selling my house. I was blown away how good they were when I sold my property within 3 days of going on the market. Ella, Meg and the rest of the girls in the office dealt with the whole process extremely efficiently and I can't thank them enough. Will 100% go back to them for any future sales or lettings.

Just bought my first property through Homesale and they have been amazing. I’ve been speaking to Ashley throughout the sale and he was really supportive and knowledgeable through every step of the process. He was really accommodating and went out of his way to make sure I could visit the property whenever I was able to get to Chester. He was really friendly, kind and supported me through lots of aspects of the process of buying my first home. He made sure I was aware of each stage of the process and what would happen next. He also communicated any messages between the seller and myself really quickly and accurately. Definitely going to be recommending homesale to people going forwards, and specifically Ashley for his great customer service throughout!

Really good experience buying through Currans. The experience from first viewing to collecting keys was very professional and friendly. All staff were helpful and polite. I dealt a lot with Ella and she was extremely good at providing regular check ins and updates as to the progress of my purchase. No problem was too big or small and Ella always chased up any concerns immediately and provided a genuine update as soon as possible. Overall really pleased, thank you guys!

Applied for a flat straight after a viewing, completed the paperwork promptly. Got told I needed to pay the application fee to guarantee the flat. Called the same day multiple times to pay, but the agent that was handling our application wasn't in the office. I was assured I wouldn't lose out on the flat and can just pay the next day instead. I even sent an email saying I will call first thing in the morning to pay. Apparently someone else sent an application that night and they passed that onto the landlord. When I called early in the morning I got told the landlord had to make a decision, which wasn't in my favour. I had already told my landlord I was leaving and now I'm in an awkward situation where I need to quickly find a place. Do not make the same mistake and trust anything these people say. They are very unprofessional and dodge phone calls.

Would give zero stars if I could. Worst estate agents I've ever dealt with and I've moved a lot. Problem after problem since first application. Takes months of chasing for them to do anything and even then I'm fobbed off with pathetic excuses each time. Not getting an email is their go to for why the communication is so poor. Either don't advertise your email addresses, sort your email provider out, or more simply, maybe check your junk folder every now and again. My email should be on the system as I've had numerous email conversations with a number of employees but when something important comes up they magically can't find the email. They entered my house to do an inspection without permission when I wasn't there. I specifically told them I wanted to be home from work and again 'they didn't receive my email'. It's a joke of a company. I've even spoken to the owner who assured me various things would be sorted but even she couldn't care less and doesn't follow through with her promises. Her solution to various issues in the house, let's find you a new house. Yes I need a bigger house, but rented through home let? No thanks, not unless you want to fund my whole move, pack up my belongings and pay my deposit for me. I'm pregnant and no one cares about the issues causing me endless stress. Avoid at all costs.

Once we had tidied the house up a bit, we went straight back to Homelet to put it on the rental market. Here, Sophie (and Meg again!) advised us calmly and professionally. It was on the market for only a couple of weeks before we went into the vetting and contract process which, again, went very smoothly. Good team, good support, good service - easy and pleasant to deal with and very good value!
