GoogleThe Rentals Team have been brilliant from start to finish (although they found tenants for the property very quickly so it was a short process!). Professional and trustworthy - I wouldn't use anyone else in Chester for anything property rentals/sales related.

FacebookWhat a fantastic service. I felt completely comfortable with, and confident in Ashley from the outset. The lack of “estate agent jargon” was very pleasing. I was fully informed about progress throughout and I felt the team was working for me when my buyers contacted them with quibbles. My home was beautifully marketed and an excellent price was achieved. Overall a potentially stressful experience was managed very well. Thank you.

GoogleThe worst property agency I've ever seen, they don't take care of the issues in the house, after reporting a lot of problems in the house I got very little help from them, and also after very long time, I had to call a lot of times and visit them before they got anything done. Would never recommend to anyone this agency, even to the enemy!
Victoria, I would love an opportunity to discuss this with you. As you know we are a small business and pride ourselves on strong reviews and are sorry we have fallen short in this instance. I believe the main issue is squirrels including baby squirrels. I know this must be frustrating but to protect wildlife the pest control companies need to follow a certain process and are doing this. Issues within our apartment were always sorted in a timely manner, and after we left they were happy to return our deposit in full since we'd cleaned the apartment so thoroughly. They are extremely easy to communicate with and will deal with any issues quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering renting in the Cheshire region.
