It was of course stressful and difficult as all house sales are but Currans were amazing even when I was a bit frustrated with the process but not with them in any way. I have been using Currans to manage my rental property for 4 years. Prior to that I managed it myself for 6 years. Putting Currans in charge of the management of it was huge relief. Currans are absolutely the best estate agents around, not just in Chester, but everywhere! Our experience with Currans was simply fantastic. Everyone in the team always knew what was going on with my sale and purchase and they were brilliant at chasing solicitors and getting us to completion. The whole team are so empathetic- as you can imagine there were some very stressful parts of this process, but they made it so easy and were really there for me and my partner from the start until the finish. We originally went with another estate agents in Chester who we had an awful experience with. With the previous estate agent, we were on the market for a month with no viewings and were starting to panic about dropping the price by £30,000! But then we switched to Currans as my family had had a good experience with them in the past and it was the best decision we could have made. Within a couple weeks of being on the market with them, we had almost 10 viewings and received 3 offers within the month! We went from thinking we were going to have to settle for a lot less with our previous estate agent, to selling our property for over asking price with Currans. The team are so committed, warm and kind and I cannot recommend them enough! The whole team was fantastic but a special shout out to Raef, without whom we would not have completed when we did☺️ Thank you so much Currans and we will always choose your services if we ever move again in the future 🙌🏻

From the outset of the process of selling our property Ashley and the team at Currans have provided excellent service and support. At our first visit Ashley clearly knew the local market inside out giving us great confidence in his valuation. He also had a plan to help us work through the slightly complicated aspects of our move. The photographer was excellent and we were delighted with how accurately our property was represented online. Everyone arrived promptly for appointments or phoned if they were going to be even a few minutes delayed. Ashley was supported by a great team including Raef, Ella and Matt meaning that all enquiries via our WhatsApp group were responded to quickly and courteously. My experience with Cat from Currans Homes was truly great from start to finish. She was incredibly communicative and organised with everything and it made both moving in and out seamless. If I wasn't moving to a different city I would have stayed with them! The flat I moved into was in great condition from day 1 and whenever anything needed to be repaired it was very simple to put in the maintenance request on their online system, and Cat was very helpful with anything extra that I needed. 10/10 would recommend!
