Amazing service! Both Meg and Ashley were super helpful and supportive throughout the entire sale process of my flat, going the extra mile and keeping me informed throughout. Especially as I had left the UK already and therefore was going through the process from a distance. I knew my flat was in good hands. Perfect..from the outset ... From first expressing an interest in a property..I was mostly dealt with by a young man called 'joe' . I had explained my situation to him and he fully understood the urgency of it. He dealt with my problems maturely and sensitively. Everything was done asap for me and he did a huge amount of chasing up on my behalf..a couple of issues concerning me were dealt with quickly and was always kept in the loop with any progress. An absolute five star agent. Great landlord. Great service. Professionalism is exemplary. Thankyou.

We recently used Currans to sell our new build home in Chester and it was a mostly positive experience. We had quite a few viewings (10+) in the first couple of months, but none progressed to a second viewing. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive but we ended up mostly with viewers who either weren’t serious, who didn’t have the budget or who made all the right noises then ghosted Currans afterwards when they tried to up. I found it a bit odd that these viewers weren’t properly qualified before the viewings and unfortunately we ended up with a fair few time wasters. After 4 months of being on the market, and even with a £25k price reduction after 8 weeks, we still had no buyer and no second viewings. We also felt that we’d prefer a bit more of a “traditional” agent, as nearly all contact from Currans was over a WhatsApp group and they sent a different member of the team nearly every time we had a viewing - with some knowing very little about our property which we felt wasn’t ideal. At that point we decided to change agents and re-listed our house with another local agent. Less than a week after we changed, we received a call from Currans to say that a previous viewer wanted to make an offer after their “Plan A” property had fallen through. We eventually agreed the sale and after this point we dealt only with Kathryn from Currans - who I have to say was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She kept us updated throughout and was really understanding of our frustrations etc. I can’t thank her enough for all the hard work and effort she put into our sale - she is a real asset to Currans and they’re very lucky to have her. All in all, a mostly positive experience with a happy ending!

I've known Ash for many years having sold my first house with him, back in 2016 when he was at another local firm. I contacted Ash about a valuation for our house and got it on the market with Currans fairly quickly. The house went on the market in February and we had a sale agreed in mid/late April. The whole team have been great when we've needed them and the dedicated WhatsApp group they set up was a nice touch and good way of keeping up to date with the ongoings around my property. Interest had naturally dried up slightly as time went on, which is when I got a phone call from Meg late on a Friday afternoon who advised me that it might be sensible to drop the price slightly to engage more interest, as well as a fresh batch of social media posts to generate engagement. We then got some interest the following Monday and had agreed an offer by Wednesday for just below the original asking price! At a time when we were nervous to drop the price too much, we trusted the professionals and it was fantastic advice. We were very happy with the service we received from Ash, Meg & the wider Currans team and would recommend their services to others.

I honestly can’t thank Currans enough for all their help. They have been amazing from start to finish not only with buying but also giving me really useful guidance around rentals too.
