The team are Curran’s are so lovely. I was at the point of giving up my search when I spoke to Meg who restored my faith and sent me so many lovely properties to look at. She arranged viewings for me for the next day which was really helpful as I was on half term and wanted to get sorted before returning to work. During the process I had the pleasure of meeting Lionel who showed me around the two properties, he made me feel very comfortable and that none of my stupid questions were actually stupid questions. I was also supported via telephone by the lovely Bea and Sophie, who answered my multiple questions in the stress of getting everything ready. They helped calm me down and shared in my excitement at the same time. I genuinely felt like the team were as determined as I was to get a home and they helped me find the most beautiful house in Vicar’s Cross. Thank you so much to you all. I will definitely be recommending Curran’s to anyone in need of an estate agent.

Currans have just helped us sell our home and they were absolutely fantastic. The whole team were helpful but Ash was amazing - honestly think he's the best estate agent we've ever had and we've bought and sold 5 properties over the last 25 years. Ash really listens and is an excellent communicator. Our chain fell down when we were due to complete as there was a problem with the buyers buyer and Ash communicated with the whole chain with optimism and determination to keep the sale going through. They priced our house really well and we got just about the asking price within 3 weeks - they were very efficient and the photos they did were fantastic and they involved us in the process of writing the blurb about the house including encouraging owners quotes. We met Ash when we were looking to buy and really liked him hence choosing Currans as we found him quite different from many estate agents we'd dealt with - he seemed very sincere and genuinely interested in people, finding out your needs and communicating really well always doing what he said he would. We have met many estate agents when we have been buying, where you can't get through to them on the phone to book in a viewing, or they turn up late or they don't really listen to your needs. Currans and Ash were the complete opposite and the whole team provided a fantastic service. We will only ever use Currans from hereon in and I will recommend to all my family and friends who are buying and selling - their percentage very reasonable too and is value for money we think. We nearly went with an estate agent where you pay up front but thank goodness we didn't as the reviews were really bad in terms of once they've got the money they don't try and sell your home and with all the problems we had with the chain we needed an estate agent who would be determined to help get the sale through. Thank you to the whole Currans team for helping us sell our house and making the whole process much less stressful than it could have been.

Ashley and the team dealt with everything very professionally. We have bought and sold a number of houses over the years and can say without a doubt that Currans have been the best estate agents. Our only regret is that we have moved out of the area and can’t use them next time!

My experience with Cat from Currans Homes was truly great from start to finish. She was incredibly communicative and organised with everything and it made both moving in and out seamless. If I wasn't moving to a different city I would have stayed with them! The flat I moved into was in great condition from day 1 and whenever anything needed to be repaired it was very simple to put in the maintenance request on their online system, and Cat was very helpful with anything extra that I needed. 10/10 would recommend!

I’m currently renting with Currans and I couldn’t be happier. The viewing process was quick and efficient - they even accommodated my working schedule and arranged a late viewing. Sophie is keeping me posted on any maintenance works that have to be carried out, minor issues I genuinely don’t mind are getting fixed! When I first viewed the property I saw a mouldy seal around the bathtub and I didn’t think much of it aside from that I’d fix it myself. Come moving day, it’s actually already been replaced! Luckily for me, someone recommended this company to me, since I'd had a bad experience with my previous agent and was very keen to find an agency I could work with, and trust in. I was delighted therefore, to discover that Currans (Homelet) are completely different to my previous bad experience...in fact, the polar opposite!!! I’ve been using Homelet to manage my six bed HMO for the past 18 months and can’t fault the service provided by the team. When rooms have become available quality new tenants have been quickly sourced with full checks completed. I receive regular legislative updates from the knowledgeable staff and great advice about the current market. Homelet have also provided some invaluable feedback about how to make my house stand out from the competition as a result of which my HMO is always full. I would highly recommend using Homesale to sell your property. Prior to choosing Homesale, we met with many other well known agencies in Chester - all seemed uninterested & we were constantly being told 'flats take long to sell etc...' Well, not HomeSale. I recently bought my first house through Homesale, and their service has been second to none! There were many third party issues such as poor communication from solicitors, covenants, delayed/cancelled exchange dates etc, which made the process drag on much longer than it needed to. I have to give special credit to Meg, who lived the frustration with me whilst chasing all parties on a daily basis and kept me up to date as soon as developments arose. I couldn't have asked for much more and I already miss our daily telephone updates!
