GoogleMe and my 3 girls I live with have been with CSL for 2 years now and never had any problems. Anything that's gone wrong with the house has been sorted within a couple of days and we've always been informed as to what's happening. Really friendly staff and don't put any pressure on you to go with them.

Constant delays in maintenance being addressed with CSL. They only address longstanding issues when (in my experience) you email them repeatedly, which shouldn't be the case. Wouldn't recommend
Hi Kieran. I am sorry to hear this and would really like the opportunity to discuss your specific concerns. I have had a look at our records and I can see that you are in one of our landlord owned fully manged houses, this means that before we can sign off on any or all works required the landlord has to approve and sign off on the request. This leaves us reliant on their timescales and this can sometimes cause delays. As much as we try our best to obtain quick results for you we don't always have the go ahead to make the decision as timely as we would like. Having said that I am not fully aware of you specific details and would really like to invite you in to talk yours through along with our home services manager. Please can you contact us to arrange a time best for you (we don't bite) it would be good to help sort this out for you.
