I think we were both impressed by how Sami dealt with the sale. She had an excellent understanding of the property. I think it's that relationship you guys have with your clients which sets you apart from the competition. Our house was sold by Humphreys and whilst we were initially impressed, that soon faded when we were chasing them for things or having to show people around our house when they had nobody available to do it (which was the majority of time). We just seemed like a number on the books rather than a client they were acting for. We would definitely recommend your services to our friends and family as you were by far the best estate agents we dealt with.

I've been trying to write this review for a week so that I can do justice to how amazing my experience has been with Carman Friends Estate Agents. I first came across Gareth when I viewed a property on their books, his enthusiasm & knowledge capped with a natural friendly nature prompted me to change my agent and come with these guys! Since then I've not looked back, a seamless service that provided me with timely updates, fantastic photos (that made me think twice about selling!!) And finally a sale on my first viewing as Gareth continued to negotiate until 10pm for the best possible price. I would and have already recommended this firm to my friends and family and without hesitation if I needed to sell again they would be my first choice. Good luck and thank you xx”

“I viewed a property I was interested in buying last September and Gareth showed me around. He was amazing, not pushy just genuinely helpful. I was not keen on the property he showed me but he offered his help with any other houses I was interested in purchasing even if not being sold with Carman Friend. I was surprised, but put his offer to the test. True to his word he did help me with a number of properties all with different agents with no benefit to himself at all. I can only describe his help as that of a very close, caring friend. My sale fell through and I took my property off the market and waited to put it back on the market this Spring. I had a number of agents around to value my property but my loyalty lay with Gareth. I believe that people buy into people and I bought into Gareth. He took the photos yesterday and with the assistance of his equally helpful partner Sami who was busy compiling the property description until 8pm last night and emailing it to me for my approval, my property was live and on the website this afternoon. Plus they have a viewing already! I can not recommend them enough. They will be a real force to be reckoned with and top of their game in no time at. Gareth showed us around a property recently and the service was fab. He wasn't pushy or only there to sell but let us take our time and gave us space to look around ourselves. When we did need him to explain bits he was very knowledgeable. It was a very hot day so he wasn't in a suit but this only added to the experience as it was more relaxed and set us at ease in what can be a stressful time. Correspondence and professionalism was fab and I very much valued being able to communicate via email as I work long hours so dislike phone calls and faff! Really valued his decision to be based online to avoid expensive overheads in a physical shop - he certainly knows the market and his clientele well and it shows in his customer service and forward thinking business ethos. Would definitely recommend.

From the very start of our property search, Gareth and the whole agency have been extremely helpful, reliable, efficient, and pleasant to collaborate with. Although we had to pull out of the purchase, because of a change in our circumstances (otherwise, the property was amazing and the whole process was running smoothly), they were extremely understanding about it. Their market appraisal of the house I was selling was £10k shy of other valuations and what I eventually sold it for, with another agent. Coincidentally the house we bought was through them. I found them very difficult to get hold of and slow to come back to us in terms of arranging the viewing and responding to an offer. All that said, they were pleasant to deal with.
