FacebookEnded up losing a substantial amount of money due to them not communicating effectively with a vendor of a property and fail to realise the vendor had changed her mind about the sale of her property. This resulted in me losing money in the conveyancing process , which could have been avoided if one of them had answered her calls.

GoogleVery nice, friendly staff, always on time to viewings and removed the for sale sign promptly after moving however communication needs improving. Left several messages for a call back, it took about a week to be eventually called back, also asked a question via email, followed up 3 times but never received and answer!

Update - we had to pull out of the purchase because of a change in our circumstances (otherwise, the house was great!). Not only were they so nice and understanding about it, but they managed to find a new buyer in a matter of days! Amazing!
