Other estate agents - you need to raise your game. The team at Carman Friend are real people who treat you like real people not just the route to another commission payment. They are clearly extremely knowledgeable about the area, the quality of photos/website content was extremely high and quickly published and our home sold in just over 2 weeks. Where they really excelled was making sure that the chain were communicating well over the conveyancing process and ensured exchange as quickly as possible. Our old neighbours have gone with another agent - by the time we moved they had received only 1 viewing - enough said.

A first class all round estate agency service. From Day one Sami Carman was one hand to offer guidance and advice throughout the whole process, from the day we asked her to do a valuation to the day we exchanged contracts. This is a full estate agency service and you really feel taken care of. We were given clear pragmatic advice as to how best to market our property and what price we should expect to receive. Then as the conveyancing process was underway they were on hand to provide updates, chase up matters and provide clear lines of communication between us and the buyer. The marketing materials produced were of the highest standard and really showed the best qualities of our property. Carman Friend know property and they know how to sell it. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone and we would only want to use them again in the future when required.

“I was pleased with the personal service that Sami offered, nothing was too much trouble and she was always reachable. Whereas other estate agents are only open office hours and you deal with a team of people instead of an individual. They are also rubbish at returning calls, not mentioning any names! At a stressful time, good customer service is very important! I would definitely, recommend your company to others and would use you in the future, not that I am planning on moving anytime soon! Within the last year I have bought and sold property through Carman Friend, and can honestly say that I could not be more happy with the service provided to me as both a buyer and a seller. I hope to never have to deal with any other agent again. With Carman Friend you get a truly personal service, they get to know you and your property or property requirements, and then work to suit that. Always friendly, always helpful, always knowledgeable, always available, I even had a text at 9pm on a Saturday evening telling me that my offer had been accepted. With most other agents you’re lucky to even be able to get hold of an answerphone beyond 5pm! If the above all sounds a bit too good to be true, walk the streets of Chester at the moment and see how many Carman Friend ‘Under Offer’ boards there are by comparison with those of other agents. Sami, Gareth and co seem to be fairly successfully sweeping up the area, and long may that continue! Good luck to you all, it’s been so nice to be part of your success, and hopefully our paths will cross again soon.
