GoogleWe sold with Carmen Friend and they were amazing from start to finish. Very friendly but at the same time very professional. They were amazing on communication, so important when selling. They were so supportive and helpful, helping us to not only sell ours but in giving assistance where they could with potential properties we were looking at. I honestly couldn’t fault them. Sami and Emma handled our case and went above and beyond to ensure that we were kept fully informed throughout the process. They also liaised with our mortgage brokers and solicitors and gave us regular reports which was amazing. We have dealt with several estate agents in Chester and they really are the best so far.

GoogleI cannot rate Carman Friend estate agents enough we recently bought a house and they were amazing all the way through and managed to push our mortgage through within 4-5 weeks which was a miracle due to us having nowhere to live and staying with family after leaving our rental home. Sami and Emma are worth their weight in gold and answered all of our questions and put our minds at rest throughout the whole process. We are first time buyers and if we were ever to buy again we would not hesitate to go through this agency again. Thank you for all your help and support.

GoogleWe couldn't have had a more attentive service throughout a long drawn out sale in difficult economic times. We were kept fully informed every step of the way and always found all of the staff to be helpful, friendly and proactive. All ended well and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

GoogleI can’t recommend Carman Friend highly enough and want to shout it from the rooftops! Out purchase was a bumpy one due to unforeseen issues, but their team were fantastic liaising between the parties, moving things along, supporting both parties. They are pro-active, helpful, understanding, and they constantly kept us informed with updated.

GoogleWe had used other Chester agents who sent very few viewings.We dealt with Gareth, who grasped the situation and sent round people regularly.We had a few offers which fell through,no fault of theirs, and then sold in March.They were very good to deal with and to be recommended.

FacebookFrom start to finish our experience of Carman Friend was second to none. We put our house up for sale very quickly, when I was 9 months pregnant, after seeing our dream home. We were guided by Gareth, Sami and the rest of the team throughout the whole process and they ensured it was stress free. They were able to recommend a mortgage broker & solicitors who also provided a perfect service. As a result, we were able to complete within a very short time frame.If we could give 10 stars we would but this still would not reflect the level of service we received.Thank you all so so much.

Very helpful during the sale, quick and efficient viewing. However, after an offer was accepted there were multiple miscommunications resulting in significant errors and delays. On completion the alarm code was not provided, when I notified them the alarm was not working, no help was given leaving me significantly out of pocket.
