GoogleI would not recommend this company to anyone. I had put an offer on a house being sold by them which was accepted and was conducting viewings on my own house. Only to find out from my son that a sold sign had gone up on the house I had offered on. Venture had not bothered to inform me that the house had been sold to someone else. Not at all professional.

GoogleOnce you pay your money the customer service vanishes. Predominantly dealt with Dan. I will never use Venture again for anything.

GoogleBit annoying when we received calls and emails about properties when we already put an offer on our house that had been accepted. Other than that we didn't have much contact other than arranging a viewing and sale day when awaiting a time to collect the keys. Love the touch of the family heart keepsake when collecting the keys

GoogleThe staff at the Chester Le Street office were very professional, and gave us great service...... we had a buyer within 2-3 weeks. We would highly recommend them to all our family and friends. Pop into their office you won’t regret it we didn’t. PS: they like cream cakes 🧁

GoogleDon't seem to have good knowledge of the local area. Had 3 valuations done since December and these guys came in 20k below the lowest valuation of others. Making my house worth less than it was 5 years ago when bought it.
