Chester Le Street branch of Robinsons Estate Agents recently sold my house near Beamish. When Michael came out to view and value the property I was really impressed how the photographs and descriptions in the brochure he produced totally matched and reflected our conversation regarding the strengths and positive aspects about the property. It really showed it off to its best. A day later the property was on the market and I accepted a full asking price offer the following morning. Michelle Chelsea and Karen in the office were efficient and helpful in the following period until a sale went through successfully. Thank you all very much.

I chose Robinsons Estate Agents to manage two rental properties in Hartlepool following issues I had with a previous agent. Debbie, Vicky and the team at Robinsons could not have been more helpful guiding me through the transfer process and ensuring the properties were fit for rental. Robinsons rented a property within a week of instruction, something the old agent hadn't been able to do for 5 months !

5 STAR-------i have used the Durham branch several times over the years and always have a great straightforward experience. There are several local estate agent in Durham but i only use Robinsons because they tell it as it is , truthful ,honest estate agents a rare thing these days. My house was under offer within a week for a good price and it completed in a straight forward manner with the help of - Keith, Ann, Stacey ,Emily and Keighley. Thank you again.

From start to finish staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. They were understanding of the fact that I was not very technically minded and assisted in any way that they could. Transaction went through fairly smoothly given that it was right in the middle of of Christmas and New year. I am now getting ready to move into my new rental and am very happy.

Have been using Robinsons Estate agents at Front Street, Chester Le Street for 16 years for letting my property. Had a very testing sale of my property recently with the sale falling through a week before completion. Robinsons had it advertised the following day and a new offer accepted a couple of days later. Was an extremely testing time but all the staff involved in the sale were AMAZING. Have had some very testing tenants over the years. Couldn't have asked for any better a service.
