Hi David, I'm sorry you felt the need to leave a 1* review. I do recall yourself and your wife coming into the branch on Saturday. I did advise that I would call you as soon as I was able to arrange the viewing for you. Unfortunately we are still unable to make contact with the vendor & therefore cant arrange a viewing at this stage. I have tried a number of times to contact you to explain this, I have left a message as it went to a voicemail service. If you would like to discuss anything further please don't hesitate to contact us.
