Vicki and other team members are very professional in their approach, be it marketing or coordinating with the potential buyers , solicitors or alleviating the concerns of all the parties. They let us down when buying our first house and on day we picked keys up and my solicitor told contracts been exchanged and we can go down and pick keys up , only to find the people who sold me house was still in and they didn't move out till 5pm and they handed me the key so very unpleasant experience, and reedsrains wasn't interested.
