Ryan answered all our questions as best to his knowledge and even was able to move us in a day earlier than agreed, so that it would coincide with the bank holiday. Very good service. Very pleased.

The team are all very professional, especially the manager at the Quay branch. The shop space is in a prominent location so there were lots of viewings, in addition to the online service which led to offers with a quick sale. I am very pleased with their performance.

Horrible, very unprofessional very tricky. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. Asking for holding depozit, after credit check went wrong they refuze to send the money back, avoid this agenty. Most horrible services ever.

We found those we dealt with courteous and helpful at all times. On one occasion we had someone attend for a viewing who we hadn't been informed about. But this might not have been the fault of the office. Overall very happy with the service.

Ossett branch wakefield. Offered asking price for a property never heard from agent back. I rang over a week later to ask about feedback ,they said they had higher offer amd accepted never even asked us if we wanted to offer more. lost the house we wanted. very poor agent if you are buying or selling a house.
