Copeland have been a pleasure to deal with. Having only arrived in the country a month earlier, Copeland accepted me to rent a property that was fully furnished. I lived in this property for 3 years, and Copeland always kept me up to date with lease agreements and inspections, and always at my convenience. I would not hesitate to rent through them again.

My friends went to view a property to buy with this company today and my friends agreed they wanted to buy the house immediately and rang this company to make the offer. The company told them to wait 10 minutes and ring back so my friends did so and made the offer. Only for the company to then tell them someone else made an offer 1st, which is not right as my friend was the 1st to view the property and ring to proceed with the offer. Very very disappointed for a lovely family with 3 young children looking forward to buying their 1st home and the seller themselves had also verbally agreed to sell To my friends while they viewed the house. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY (UP DATING THIS DUE TO THE SHAMEFUL RESPONSE OF COPELAND RESIDENTIAL) How dare you reply in such a disgraceful way, the elderly man had a lovely conversation with my friends and THERE WAS NOTHING OF THE SORT, I AM NOW EVEN MORE CONCERNED THAT YOUR COMPANY IS CORRUPT!! Copeland you need to check the fact please, my husband was with the family at the viewing and the family told the vendor at the viewing they wanted the house, and the vendor agreed and even told my friends he would leave the cooker as long as they paid the full asking price which was agreed, then immediately as they left the family phoned your office to say the wanted the house and your office told them to wait 10 minutes.

My partner and I have had a great experience renting with Copeland! Their team are super friendly - Tom showed us round the apartment and was very knowledgeable, and Rebecca dealt with our application and was super efficient and answered all our questions quickly. They were very flexible with us collecting keys/signing contracts as my partner couldn’t attend all the meetings due to his work schedule. We’ve had bad experiences with previous letting agents and Copeland has restored our faith, we would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys for a stress-free experience :)

I really had bad experience wit them. I don't even want to give them 1 star. They didn't give the house on time and didn't respond responsibly even after I paid the rent and deposit. They pressured me to pay the first month rent and deposit as soon as I agreed to take the house but didn't give the house as agreed. It was last minute pressure for me and I was almost homeless with my 1 year old and 5 year old children as I have already left my previous house becase this coopland residential didn't give the house on time as agreed. When I moved out I left the house neat and clean. But they deducted all of my deposit just for cleaning it wouldn't even cost not more than £250( this cost also too much). I have spent hours of cleaning with my little kids and spent money on decorating professional painting as well. But they deducted all of money. Such a cheating estate agent. The house they given was full of slugs. And they never ever mention about this to any tenant. After seeing the estate agent reply I edited my comment. As I have already mentioned I spent money on £350 for painting all of the walls. I didn't left the house just like that. You cheated me and take my money. I never ever recommend thia agent to anyone. If you didn't cheat please put that invoice here totaling £540 for the cleaning.
