Buyer Beware; Avant is repeatly in the media as they never seem to finish a project off. Our estates is left without a completed road, numerous MPs complain to no avail. My garden is not fit for purpose as it is a bog, Avant won't resolve it.

If you want to use the assisted move scheme with Avant, don't bother. You don't get a chance to reserve the property then they sell it from underneath you while you're getting valuations done so you're left with nothing.

Do yourselves a favour and don't put yourself through all the heart ache and pain buying a Avant home will cause yoy! Customer service is shocking and totally useless, the contractor's they use are cowboys at best.Steer clear I wish I had!
