Absolutely disgusting customer service! I have tried to make an appointment to view a property at the ten locks site Market Harborough, Leicestershire. I have called the site office and spoke to an agent twice and was told I’d be called back but nothing. I’ve sent numerous emails, with no reply what so ever. Absolutely disgusting customer service!

Excellent experience until sale had gone through then abysmal afterward. They forgot to put a drain in near our property so every time it rains heavily we get massive flooding inside the garage. Have reported it several times and I just get fobbed off time after time.

4 yrs of ongoing still unresolved major snagging, no interest in customer service, unbelievable staff turnover and now not a number for the company that isn't a voicemail. Avoid this company as their product does not live up to the marketing promises.
