GoogleA huge huge thankyou to all at Taylor and Wood, thankyou Mark for a real valuation, Holly for always helping, but a huge thankyou to Anne, this lady was outstanding, always helpful, and always professional. I want to say that if you want first class service and you want the truth from an estate agent then i would recommend taylor and wood, they give you service which the high street estate agents cannot provide. Your the best estate agents in the area.

GoogleIf all companies worked this way it would be alot easier to buy and sell houses or anything you need. The staff are friendly and helpful and I really valued Mikes advice, especially when it turned out to get my sale through. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody. The customer service I received was textbook, they should start an estate agents training school they are all very open and friendly which immediately puts you at ease and they kept me fully informed all through the process these guys work hard at a job they are all very good at

GoogleLovely helpful people. Without the help of Anne and Mike, I would probably have had a breakdown. My solicitor was not much help and I wasn't well informed about anything. Thanks to Taylor and wood my experience of buying my 1st property was a lot less stressful. I will be using Taylor and wood when I sell and when I buy my next property. I could not recommend them more highly. Above and beyond is a understatement. Thank you guys so much for everything! It is much appreciated π₯°

The sale went through quickly and they kept in regular contact with both me and my solicitors which helped the whole thing to go through smoothly. They were friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend them.

They are always absolutely lovely, friendly and professional. Knowledgable of all the areas where their houses are listed. I always have full confidence in their ability to resolve any issues that come up during a house sale or purchase. They are marvellous!

GoogleTerrible experience! Had viewing at 4:55 and due to traffic conditions I was at the property 5:04. When I've arrived I came across most unwelcoming greatings ( felt like I'm unwanted there). Still within the smile on my face I've apologize for being late on with I was reminded that I should be at 4:55 and that I will get two minutes for a viewing of 3 bedroom property with garden. Everything in most unpleasant manner. Stay away to save yourself time and money.

They have a more personal touch with a fabulous attention to detail, always wanting the best for us. They exceeded much higher levels than we expected for our house sale and for that we are truly grateful. Mike, Ann and the rest of the team are amazing. On my dads sale we didn't even go to other agents as we had previously had such a good experience with Mike and Ann. They are both professional and friendly and are fully involved in the whole process of the sale and always on hand to speak to when needed. GoogleWe got the keys to our new house last week and we are so impressed with Taylor and Wood. From booking our first viewing to picking the keys up they have been so lovely and helpful. The staff answer any questions we had and went the extra mile to find out the answers they didn't know. We viewed the property multiple times in our buying process which was no problem to them and always had a smile on their face. We were first time buyers so everyone warned us of the stress of buying a house however the Taylor and Wood staff took this stress away and made buying the house stress free, fun and exciting.

GoogleRight from our initial meeting it was refreshing not to get any annoying sales talk. Mike just gave a straightforward explanation of the service I would receive & made clear the attention to detail that would go into preparing my house details plus he promised not to hassle me while I made my decision. He was also happy to conduct the viewings on my behalf which made the process stress free. Ann in the office was always helpful & cheerful & above all invaluable when undertaking negotiations with my buyer. I would definitely recommend Taylor & Wood.
