GoogleI have used Taylor and wood for rental for a number of years. Nicole and Michelle have been exemplary in terms of communication via email. Property needed a lot of repairs and multiple stakeholders. Over the years Michelle has been amazing in terms of keeping me updated. Nicole kept me informed constantly during recent major repairs and shared various updates , suggestions. Nicole definitely went that extra mile .

GoogleI would not hesitate to recommend Taylor and wood to anyone - their service has been second to none and have exceeded my expectations of an Estate Agent. Their face to face contact has made the job a much easier one and also allowed me to obtain comfort and confidence in the whole process. Mike and his team have years of experience and are extremely knowledgable in both the housing market in general and more specifically the location they work in. They always went above and beyond my expectations and in addition were always at the end of the phone should I need them. They also replied quickly to any email queries I had. Highly recommend 5 star service.

GoogleMIKE AND CAROL Well these two are amazing, fabulous, friendly helpful, professional their communication skills are 100%. They kept me upto date on every part of the sale of my property. If I was to buy another house or sell one they would be my FIRST CHOICE. I would highly recommend Mike and Carol at Taylor and Wood. In the COVID times they kept going and going. GoogleIβve just sold my property in Gee Cross with Taylor & Wood and they were brilliant to deal with from start to finish. Mike was the consummate professional and managed to secure a sale within a few weeks. Ann and Carol provided an excellent service, great communication and advice throughout. I have dealt with a number of other estate agents previously, Taylor & Wood have been by far the best! I would highly recommend them to anyone local and looking to put their property on the market, theyβll do a great job for you π

GoogleIt's a dump and the service to say it's fast food is unbelievable! When it's a dinner time rush why aren't there more competent people serving? Fries were nearly cold just gone 11 o'clock, drink had no ice in it, won't be going again might try Tim Horton's instead

GoogleWe have recently completed the house sale of my mother in laws home with Taylor and Wood. We have used them previously so knew we would be in safe hands, Ann , Mark & Liz must be the best team in the area, kept informed at all stages , they liased with the buyer and his solicitor, also our solicitors and updated after every conversation. We would highly recommend Taylor & Wood over every other estate agents in the area and will definitely use them again in the future .

GooglePROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION! Myself and my partner moved into 21 Oaklands dene, Hyde. After only have been there less than a month we found that the property had rats! This was a previous issue which had NOT been resolved, Taylor & Wood were not interested and would not help with the situation. We had to call out a private pest control who had to come numerous times, they said that it was one of the worst infestations they had seen, it had also spread into neighbouring homes. Repairs need carrying out on the home to prevent this from reoccurring but again Taylor & Wood were not interested. We managed to get out of the contract after negations but after all the stress and having to moved out as it was not safe to live in and also at the Christmas period. LET THIS BE A WARNING TO ALL AVOID TAYLOR AND WOOD LETTINGS.

In the extraordinary times of "Lock down" their communication and care for both us as the vendor and our buyer was fantastic. Professional , value .... 2 things that are not necessarily what most would expect from an estate agent but 5 star in all areas.

GoogleThe team at Taylor and Wood is absolutely incredible! They consistently respond promptly, truly grasp the challenges we face, and offer speedy solutions. I've encountered various issues with my rented house in the past, including exhaust fan problems, overflowing taps, and fridge compressor issues. The Team not only understood the problems and their urgency but also provided the perfect solutions. (Incase an immediate solution is not available they will tell that too upfront, expectations always in check. I like that very much) I never had to follow up with reminder emails or urgent requests because they were always on top of things. Keep up the fantastic work, team! You are truly amazing π

GoogleAbsolutely wonderful service here, I had a viewing with Michael 5-6 weeks ago, his enthusiasm for the job and genuine friendliness shone throughout the tour which made this viewing far more enjoyable that a few I had previously had, I fell in love with the house! I have now purchased the house and couldn't recommend this estate agents highly enough βΊοΈβΊοΈ

GoogleAwful, I think you really would be making an error renting from these clowns. Viewed a house and it was genuinely awful, I'd be embarrassed to accept a house in the state that what it was in trading under my name. Absolutely awful people skills, to not even be greeted with a hello is weird. Why are all your reviews worded the same way? It's as if 1 person has wrote them all, very strange π€ I cant even imagine what it would be like to try and get in touch with these if you had an issue with the property!!!

GoogleI really can't believe how rude some of the staff are to the general public never seen anything like it I'm disabled and i do suffer from bad anxiety and its really put me back im so upset.even my friend on the street heard (walking down) i was just in shock. Having experience that I would never use them or recommend them to friends or family sorry but its really put me off. I do apologise if all the other staff are really good and polite and helpful
